1. A system for uploading a video comprising of:
a. a web server for receiving videos;
b. a computer/ laptop of user; and
c. video sharing website;
wherein the web based content is uploaded from user’s computer to the video sharing server through web server.
2. The system as claimed in claim1, wherein the said web server is any network selected from Internet or Local area network (LAN) or Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) network, Wide area network (WAN) for receiving videos.
3. The system as claimed in claim1, wherein the said video content may comprise any type of video such as professionally produced video content and/or advertisement video content.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said user is paid by the video sharing server after uploading of every video.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said recommended videos are only selected for uploading to video sharing website.
, Description:Technical field of the invention:
The present invention relates to uploading of video to multiple targets. The present invention more particularly relates to uploading of video on website with some remuneration.
Background of the invention:
The most popular communication mode is through internet especially through webpages which are useful for displaying text, videos, and audios.
Popular video sharing websites such as Youtube, Metacafe enable users to upload video content for sharing with the viewers through the internet.
In Amazon, hotstar and Balaji, when a movie/documentary/song is uploaded, the content is uploaded on the websites like amazon, hotstar and AltBalaji and then prize is paid by user for uploading the videos. For uploading a video on these websites, an account needs to be created on website and then the video is uploaded on website.
Some users like corporations and/or advertising agencies attempt to create “viral” advertisements. Some highly successful viral advertisements have caused viewers to even search for locations on the Internet to download and view the advertisement, thus providing virtually free publicity to their creators.
Thus, whether from video content creators or from professional advertising companies (or other corporations or organizations), video content sharing websites are receiving increasing amount of such video content for display.
So users are in search of a system and method for uploading of videos on website with some remuneration for the videos uploaded by the user. The present invention is a system for uploading videos in which users are paid after uploading of every video.
Objects of the invention:
The main object of the present invention is to provide remuneration to users for uploading of their videos.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a user friendly service to users in which users get benefitted from the uploading of videos.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.
Summary of the invention:
Accordingly, the present invention is a user friendly video upload system for uploading of videos on internet. A system for uploading a video comprising of; a web server for receiving videos; a computer/ laptop of user; and a video sharing website wherein the web based content is uploaded from user’s computer to the video sharing server through web server. Web server is any network selected from Internet or Local area network (LAN) or Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) network, Wide area network (WAN) for receiving videos. Video content may comprise any type of video such as professionally produced video content and/or advertisement video content. The user is paid by the video sharing server after uploading of every video. Recommended videos are only selected for uploading to video sharing website through server. The user is paid for uploading of video content which is uploaded.

Detailed Description of the Invention:
The present invention is a user friendly video upload system which includes a web server for receiving videos; a computer/laptop; video sharing website.
The video sharing website is any website which can provide, share or broadcast the video content for public viewing or individualized or subscription based viewing. The web server used for receiving videos is Internet or Local area network (LAN) or Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) network, Wide area network (WAN). The video content is circulated to all servers which are then displayed to viewers. The user may be any person, company, corporation or organization who wishes to upload video content. Such video content may comprise any type of video such as professionally produced video content and/or advertisement video content.
The user has to register himself whose video content is uploaded to the video sharing server. The system of the present invention saves the registration information and monitors the uploading of videos and display process to each user. By using the registration information, administrator can “log in” to the web server for obtaining the information needed to be displayed to the user.
Username and a password for this account are supplied by the present system to the user. The user is allowed to choose his existing account information and to open the accounts manually by the administrator. Use of such account saves the time of the user as every time he do not have need to login for uploading videos. He can directing log in to his account and upload the video content whatever and whenever required to upload. The user gets some money in the form of remuneration after uploading of videos from him/her.
The video sharing server receives the videos which are uploaded by user and starred videos mentioned by the user which he /she wants to distribute the videos. The video sharing server uploads the received videos to other servers. The user can see the comments, reviews and likes of his videos, can share the videos to his groups through video sharing website. The place where the user has registered, analysis of where the video is shown and the number of display of videos on other video sharing servers can be observed by user.
According to the present invention, on uploading the video content accepted by server, user will get some remuneration by video sharing platform. There is no need for registering using some amount every time. One time registration is sufficient for uploading the videos to the server. The web based content is uploaded from user’s computer to the video sharing server through web server. The size of the video is examined before uploading so that it should fir in the size criteria specified by server. There is automatic checking of the videos from server to avoid repetition of the content by the user. A particular time limit; for example one week has been set for keeping particular video content available to users, after that the video content is removed automatically by server. The percentage of remuneration in between video sharing platform and user is 30:70.
The payment of user for uploading of videos is through per upload of the videos. The video sharing website collects payment from other users for viewing of the videos. Many users are subscribed to particular websites who are paying per video after viewing of the video. The actual performance of the video, no. of people watched the video, the commercial users, other users are also counted to calculate the total performance of the video. The Video sharing website checks the current load on different websites and analyzes the website on which content can be uploaded.
Optionally a unique digital watermark can be placed on an uploaded video for identifying if it is shared in other websites. If the video is copied, all the information is carried out in the copy with the help of digital watermarking. The video title and description of the video are the parameters used for identifying the video copying on other websites.
The present invention can be better understood using examples:
Example 1: If the video is uploaded on video sharing website having a title and description which was previously loaded was same as that of the other websites. These parameters are used for determining the percentage of similar appearance of video on the other website which are also used on the video sharing website which uploaded previously.
