Specification

VARIABLE AND FLEXIBLE PRINTER HEAD TIP
Title:
Variable and flexible printer head tip FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the field of additive manufacturing, particularly about the printer head tip.
PRIOR ART:
1. US 8827684 Bl, US patent titled "3D printer and print head unit with multiple filaments5" is used individual stepper motor which drives filaments through the heating block.
2. US 20140134334 Al, US patent titled "Multicolour extrusion based 3D print process" is used for multicoloured 3D objects with good colour definition using single head.
Refers first invention where in the present invention can overcome the printing speed issue.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The primary objects of the present invention is to print the components in faster ways, the further objects of the present invention is to reduce the cost and can be incorporated with the existing system.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The component development needs additional speed without compromising the quality of the product. The variable and flexible printer head tip does the faster printing without any flow in component as the existing system available in additive manufacturing. The advantage in printing the component in the faster way is to provide economical viability and as well as this can be incorporated to any existing additive manufacturing printer.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DIAGRAM:
Figure 1: is a schematic view of variable and flexible printer head tip.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The manufacturing industry moving in very faster pace. This is useful in delivery or producing the component in much higher rate. The additive manufacturing industry also needs it. The present invention exclusively based to faster production rate.
The control unit (1) is commonly used one in the existing system. The only variation in this is. it generally controls the printer head (2), but in the present invention it controls the tip (3) of printer as well. The present invention has the capability to rotate around flexibly in 360 degree as well as variable can dispense variable amount of the printing material or source. The major advantage in thus system is lime to print is considerable reduce to get quality product as in the existing system.
CLAIMS:
We claim
1. A variable and flexible printer head tip comprise of
A control unit (1);
A printer Head (2); and
A printer tip (3);
Where in the control unit (1) provide the input to the printer tip (3) through printer head (2) in such a way to produce component in faster phase with accuracy.
2. The printer head tip as claimed in claim (I), where in this can be incorporated in the
existing machines.
3. The printer head tip as claimed in preceding claims, where in the control unit (1) is capable of controlling the tip location and amount of metal dispensed as material are source to melt.
4. The printer head tip as claimed in preceding claims, where in the cost will be reduced to the product developed.
