Claims:We claim:
1. A system to evaluate Vastu of a real estate property comprising, a web portal for interested user, the associated system to assess the property as per Vastu parameters.
2. A system of claim 1, wherein the interested potential user registers to the online Vastu evaluation portal.
3. A system of claim 1, wherein the registered user can upload a 2- dimensional real estate floor plan of his/ her real estate property though his mobile phone or computer.
4. A system of claim 1, wherein the Vastu evaluation system can include a unit for Optical Character Recognition that reads the characters on the floor plan uploaded by the user.

A system of claim 4, wherein the system can include real estate floor plan assessment as per parameters of Vastu Shastra such as: (1) Direction of property: The direction in which house has open space direction of main door; (2) Corner study: what lies in North East, South West, South East, North West corners of the property; (3) Position of property: Position of main door, underground water tank/ boring, kitchen, toilet; Shape of house, based on match with previously stored data and on opinions of Vastu experts.

A system of claim 1, wherein the system can include an output unit based on Vastu evaluation and present a cumulative score of the points calculated by the algorithm and would determine whether or not the present floor plan of a property or a future floor plan of the property to be constructed is excellent, very good, good, average, and poor as per Vastu parameters based on Science of Vastu and opinion of Vastu experts.
7. A system of claim 1, wherein the system can include a unit for suggestion and remedies based on Vastu assessment result so as to improve the shortcomings in the uploaded floor plan, if any.
8. A system of claim 1 wherein, the system provides hassle free, speedy, real- time Vastu assessment information output with minimal manual intervention.
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The subject matter of the invention relates to the field of real estate. More particularly, the invention discloses artificial intelligence-based real estate property Vastu evaluation, listing and rating system for real estate property management.
Background of the Invention
All the things in the Universe, right from a cell or atom to a colossal structure, have vibrations and a level of energy associated with them. This fact can be applied to the land on which humans construct their homes and also to the properties in which humans reside. These energies being positive or negative have immense effect on human life in one or other way. Ancient Indian science of Vastu Shastra proposes to get rid of such negative energies and augment optimistic energies present at a location, be it a residential property or a business place. Hence, Vastu Shastra aims at making real estate properties at places that are harmonious and in tune with natural energies so as to promote prosperous living and encourage a progressive livelihood.
There have been inventions providing: 1) Devices to scan universal aura/ energies of solid, liquid and gases (WO2019058184A1); 2) Patent application number WO2019142038A1 discloses a systems and methods for generating 3D models of floor plans using two-dimensional (2D) image inputs and determines type of physical space pertaining to the floor plan based on factors such as historical data, dimensions and Vastu compliance. In fact there are several websites in market wherein Vastu of a place is determined after manually feeding data in respective fields. But, till date, determination of Vastu from 2-Dimensional house floor plan has not been provided. Hence, there exists a need for an online web portal wherein there is a property Vastu evaluation system to test the present Vastu of a place and provide solutions/ suggestions, remedies wherever structural/ functional improvements are necessary as per science of Vastu.
To give a technical solution to the above mentioned problems, the current invention approaches to create a self learning Artificial intelligence based algorithm.
Object of Invention
That object of the present invention is to provide a real estate property Vastu evaluation and listing system, acquired from a two- dimensional floor plan of the real estate property, for automated real estate property management.
Summary of the Invention
In one embodiment of the invention, a real estate property management system is provided for user registration through a web portal which further includes a system for evaluation of Vastu of the property floor plan of the user and its rating as per values calculated. The calculations performed would be with respect to the parameters considered while assessing the Vastu of a real estate property.

Detailed Description of the Invention
To make a good decision whether or not a real estate property is built upon solid foundations of Science of Vastu, the property owner needs to take into account number of factors such as directions/ position of property, Vastu for house parts, Vastu defects, remedies, Vastu as per house facing, etc. The process of Vastu evaluation of a place is not only labour intensive but also a costly affair. However, many of the above mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated by the system disclosed in the present invention.
In present invention, a system is developed wherein a user interested in building his property as per principles of Vastu Shastra registers to a web portal and would be able to interact with Vastu experts online and would be able to get his/ her property evaluated as per elements of Vastu Shastra.
One embodiment of present invention describes a system for Optical Character Recognition wherein the system would recognize characters on the 2- Dimensional property floor plan uploaded by the registered user and analyse the floor plan for further Vastu assessment.
One embodiment of present invention describes a system wherein the system carries out assessment of the property floor plan of which a 2-D plan has been uploaded by the registered user and gives an output in the form of calculated points. The calculation carried out by the system would depend on scoring system as per various Vastu parameters such as: (1) Direction of property: The direction in which house has open space; direction of main door; (2) Corner study: what lies in North East, South West, South East, North West corners of the property; (3) Position of property: Position of main door, underground water tank/ boring, kitchen, toilet; Shape of house. The cumulative score of the points calculated by the algorithm would determine whether or not the present floor plan of a property or a future floor plan of the property to be constructed is excellent, very good, good, average, and poor as per Vastu parameters based on Science of Vastu and opinion of Vastu experts.
Another embodiment of the present invention describes a system wherein the system would provide suggestions and remedies to the user based on Vastu assessment result so as to improve the shortcomings in the uploaded floor plan, if any.
The real estate company website 103 may include an online portal for Real Estate Vastu Evaluation for registration of the tenant 102 wherein the registered user would be able to upload a 2- dimensional property floor plan 101 through his/ her mobile or computer. The application 105 would assess the property floor plan using Optical Character Recognition 104 and evaluate the Vastu parameters therein such as: (1) Direction of property: The direction in which house has open space direction of main door; (2) Corner study: what lies in North East, South West, South East, North West corners of the property; (3) Position of property: Position of main door, underground water tank/ boring, kitchen, toilet; Shape of house, based on a match with previously stored data and on opinions of Vastu experts. Once the Vastu evaluation is performed, the system would present an output 106 to the registered user in the form of ratings based on calculations considering several Vastu parameters. The application would further provide the registered user 102 with suggestions and remedies 107 with respect to the present property floor plan or with respect to future floor plan uploaded by the user 102.
