The handle bar (109) comprising a central bar portion (139). The bridge member (200) comprising at-least one riser (270, 260) for receiving the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109). The envelope member (300) comprising at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) and a first opening (310). The at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) is configured to be connected with the bridge member (200). The first opening (310) is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100). The electronic charging device (400) comprises a main unit (450) mounted to the envelope member (300). With the present invention, a provision of charging portable device is provided which is easily accessible and convenient to the rider without affecting aesthetics appeal of the vehicle (100).

The present invention relates to a vehicle, and more particularly to an
electronic charging device of the vehicle.
BACKGROUND
[0002] With emergence of modern technology, there is a need of providing
modern features over the external components of the vehicle. One such modern feature is the provision of charging a portal device. Generally, in a vehicle the charging provision is provided in a storage box. However, in a vehicle such as a motorcycle, the above-mentioned location for charging the portal device is not easily accessible to the rider.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION

simplified form that are further described below in the Detailed Description. This Summary is not intended to identify key or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.
[0004] In one aspect of the present invention, a vehicle is provided. The vehicle
comprises a body frame, a handle bar, a bridge member, an envelope member and an electronic charging device. The body frame comprising a head tube. The handle bar is removably coupled to the body frame. The handle bar comprising a central bar portion. The bridge member is connected to the head tube of the body frame. The bridge member comprising at-least one riser. The at-least one riser is extending upwards from the bridge member. The at-least one riser receives the central bar portion of the handle bar. The envelope member is adapted to be placed below the central bar portion of the handle bar. The envelope member comprising at-least one engaging provisions, a first opening. The at-least one engaging provisions is configured to be connected with the

bridge member. The first opening is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle. The electronic charging device comprises a main unit. The main unit is mounted to the envelope member.
[0005] In an embodiment, the bridge member further comprises at-least one
receiving member. The at-least one engaging provisions is configured to be connected with the at-least one receiving member.
[0006] In an embodiment, the at-least one engaging provisions is configured to
be connected with the at-least one riser.
[0007] In an embodiment, the envelope member comprises a second opening
and at-least one locating member. The second opening and the at-least one locating member are provided along a vertical direction of the vehicle.
[0008] In an embodiment, the electronic charging device comprising a cover and
a power cable. The cover is provided to cover the main unit. Further, the cover is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle. The power cable is connected between the main unit and a power storage unit of the vehicle. The power cable is extending in a frontward direction of the vehicle from the main unit.
[0009] In an embodiment, the main unit is accessible through the first opening
of the envelope member, and the main unit comprises a charging pin, and at-least one device mounting slot. The main body is adapted to be attached to the envelope member along a vertical direction of the vehicle, and the charging pin faces towards rearward direction of the vehicle.
[00010] In an embodiment, the first opening provides a provision for the charging pin of the main unit to connect with a charging cable of portable device. Further, connection of the charging pin of the main unit with the charging cable is adapted to be place below the central bar portion of the handle bar.

[00011] In an embodiment, the main unit comprises at-least one guiding member is adapted to be configured with the at-least one locating member through at-least one guiding fastener.
[00012] In an embodiment, the envelope member is sandwiched between the central bar portion of the handle bar and an upper surface of the bridge member.
[00013] In an embodiment, the vehicle further comprises a bracket member. The bracket member and the bridge member is engaged with each other, and the central bar portion is sandwiched between the bracket member and the bridge member through a plurality of bracket fasteners.
[00014] In accordance with one aspect of the disclosure, it provides a provision of charging the portable device in the vehicle which is safe and not open to atmosphere thereby avoiding dust and water entry to the provision of charging the portable device.
[00015] In accordance with one aspect of the disclosure, it provides the provision of charging the portable device which is easily accessible and convenient to the rider without affecting the aesthetics appeal of the vehicle to the rider.
[00016] In accordance with another aspect of the disclosure, it improves the life of the electronic charging device. As the electronic charging device remain protected with the outside environment and foreign materials.

The terms "vehicle", "two wheeled vehicle" and "motorcycle" have been interchangeably used throughout the description. The term "vehicle" comprises vehicles such as motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, mopeds, scooter type vehicle, all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and the like.
[00036] The terms "front / forward", "rear / rearward / back / backward", "up /
upper / top", "down / lower / lower ward / downward, bottom", "left / leftward", "right / rightward" used therein represents the directions as seen from a vehicle driver sitting astride and these directions are referred by arrows Fr, Rr, U, Lr, L, R in the drawing Figures.
[00037] Referring to Figure 1, a vehicle (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is disclosed. In the illustrated example, the vehicle (100) embodies a motorcycle vehicle. Alternatively, the vehicle (100) may embody a scooter vehicle, or an electric motorcycle type vehicle, without limiting the scope of the invention.
[00038] The vehicle (100) (herein after interchangeably referred to as the two wheeled vehicle (100) comprises a body frame (102), a front end structure (105), a rear end structure (104), a display member (116), a fuel tank (120) and a handle bar (109). The body frame (102) forms the core structure of the vehicle (100). The front end structure (105) is in front end of the vehicle (100). The rear end structure (104) comprises the rear portion of the vehicle (100). Abody cover (not numbered) provides covering to the rear components of the body frame (102) of the vehicle (100). The fuel

tank (120), lies between the front end structure (105) and the rear end structure (104).
[00039] The rear end structure (104) comprises a seat (108), a rear ground
engaging member (114), and a power unit (123). The seat (108) provides seating for a rider of the vehicle (100). The rear ground engaging member (114) underlies the seat
(108) and is driven by the power unit (123). In present embodiment, the power unit
comprises an engine (123a) and a transmission unit (123b). However, in another
embodiment, the power unit (123) may comprise a motor unit (not shown) and a
transmission unit (not shown). Further, the rear end structure (104) may comprise
additional components such as rear fender, suspension systems, tail lights, rear grips
etc. without limiting the scope of the invention.
[00040] The front end structure (105) comprises a front ground engaging member
(110) and the handle bar (109). The front ground engaging member (110) is operatively connected to the handle bar (109). The handle bar (109) is configured to be rotated by the rider to steer the vehicle (100). The front end structure (105) comprises a head lamp unit (188), the display member (116) and a pair of turn signal lamp units (not shown). The head lamp unit (188) is provided ahead of the handle bar
(109) of a steering mechanism (not shown). The head lamp unit (188) is configured to
move along with the steering mechanism. The display member (116) is provided on
top side of the handle bar (109). The turn signal lamp units indicate the rider's
intention to turn or change lanes. The head lamp unit (188) and the turn signal lamp
units are provided for safety of the rider and in conformance with the traffic
regulations. Further, the front end structure (105) may further comprise additional
components such as mirrors, front fender, a pair of front forks (192, 193- shown in
Figure 3b) etc. without limiting the scope of the invention.
[00041] Referring to Figure 2 to Figure 6c, the vehicle (100) comprises a bridge member (200), an envelope member (300) and an electronic charging device (400). The body frame (102) comprising a head tube (103). The handle bar (109) is removably coupled to the body frame (102). The handle bar (109) comprising a central

bar portion (139). The bridge member (200) is connected to the head tube (103) of the body frame (102). The bridge member (200) comprising at-least one riser (270, 260). The at-least one riser (270, 260) is extending upwards from the bridge member (200). The at-least one riser (270, 260) receives the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109). The envelope member (300) is adapted to be placed below the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109). The envelope member (300) comprising at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) and a first opening (310). The at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) is configured to be connected with the bridge member (200). The first opening (310) is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100). The electronic charging device (400) comprises a main unit (450). The main unit (450) is mounted to the envelope member (300).
[00042] Further, referring to Figure 3a and Figure 3b, the body frame (102), also referred to as the frame body (102) or the frame member (102), supports the front end structure (105), the handle bar (109) and the rear end structure (104) of the vehicle (100). The body frame (102) comprises a down tube (137), a cross tube (not shown), and a pair of rear tubes (138, 148). Also, the vehicle (100) further comprises a swinging unit (not shown) and at least one suspension device (not shown). The swinging unit is swingably coupled to the cross tube of the body frame (102). The handle bar (109) is connected to the body frame (102). More particularly, the handle bar (109) is connected to the head tube (103) of the body frame (102).
[00043] The pair of rear tubes (138, 148) are extending rearwardly in upward
direction from the cross tube. The pair of rear tubes (138, 148) further comprises a left rear tube (148) and a right rear tube (138). The left rear tube (148) is connected to the cross tube. Similarly, the right rear tube (138) is also connected to the cross tube. It may herein be noted that in alternative embodiments of the present disclosure, the right rear tube (138) may be positioned in the left side of the vehicle (100) and the left rear tube (148) may be positioned in the right side of the vehicle (100), without deviating from the spirit of the present invention. Further, in another embodiment, the rieht rear tube (\ 38"> and the left rear tube (\ 48"> mav extends substantially narallel in

a rearward and upward direction from any other component of the body frame (102) instead of the cross tube, without deviating from the spirit of the present invention. Also, the vehicle (100) further comprises a swinging unit (not shown) and at least one suspension device (not shown). The swinging unit is swingably coupled to the cross tube of the body frame (102).
[00044] Referring to Figure 3b, the vehicle (100) further comprise a power storage unit (163). The power storage unit (163) is mounted to the body frame (102). The power storage unit (163) provides power supply to the electric components of the vehicle (100).
[00045] Referring to Figure 4a to 5b, the bridge member (200) comprising the at-least one riser (270, 260) and a lock set (250). The at-least one riser (270, 260) is extending upwards from the bridge member (200). The at-least one riser (270, 260) is disposed on an upper surface (202) of the bridge member (200). The lock set (250) is extending upwards from the bridge member (200). The lock set (250) is disposed on one of the edge of the upper surface (202) of the bridge member (200). The at-least one riser (270, 260) receives the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109).
[00046] The envelope member (300) is adapted to be placed below the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109). More particularly, the envelope member (300) is sandwiched between the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109) and the upper surface (202) of the bridge member (200).
[00047] The envelope member (300) having the at-least one engaging provisions
(312, 314) and the first opening (310). The at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) is configured to be connected with the bridge member (200). In present embodiment, the at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) are having two engaging provisions (312, 314). However, in another embodiment, the at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) may have more than two engaging provisions. Further, the first opening (310) is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100). The electronic charging

device (400) comprises the main unit (450). The main unit (450) is mounted to the envelope member (300).
[00048] In present embodiment, the envelope member (300) further comprises a second opening (320) and at-least one locating member (372, 374). The second opening (320) and the at-least one locating member (372, 374) are provided along a vertical direction of the vehicle (100). The second opening (320) provides passage to the lock set (250). In present embodiment, the at-least one locating member (372, 374) comprises a first locating member (372) and a second locating member (374). However, in another embodiment, the at-least one locating member (372, 374) may comprises one locating member or more than one locating member.
[00049] Referring to Figure 6a and Figure 6b, the electronic charging device (400) comprising a cover (460) and a power cable (458). The cover (460) is provided to cover the main unit (450). The cover (460) is provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100). The power cable (458) is extending in frontward direction of the vehicle (100) from the main unit (450). The power cable (458) is connected between the main unit (450) and the power storage unit (163). The power cable (458) is placed along the body frame (102).
[00050] Further, the main unit (450) is accessible through the first opening (310) of the envelope member (300). The main unit (450) comprises a charging pin (452) and at-least one device mounting slot (472, 474). The main unit (450) is adapted to be attached to the envelope member (300) along a vertical direction of the vehicle (100). However, in another embodiment, the main unit (450) may be adapted to be attached to the envelope member (300) along a horizontal direction of the vehicle (100). In present embodiment, the charging pin (452) faces towards rearward direction of the vehicle (100) thereby ensuring convenience to the rider.
[00051] Further, referring to Figure 6a, Figure 6b and Figure 6c, the first opening (310) provides a provision for the charging pin (452) of the main unit (450) to connect with a charging cable (500) of portable device. In present embodiment, connection of

the charging pin (452) of the main unit (450) with the charging cable (500) is adapted to be place below the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109). In an embodiment, the charging cable (500) is an USB cable (500). However, in another embodiment, the charging cable (500) may be any kind of cable for connecting the main unit (450) to portable device.
[00052] Further, the vehicle (100) comprises a bracket member (380). The bracket member (380) and the bridge member (200) are engaged with each other. The central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109) is sandwiched between the bracket member (380) and the bridge member (200) through a plurality of bracket fasteners (391, 392, 393, 394). In present embodiment, the plurality of bracket fasteners (391, 392, 393, 394) are bolts. However, in another embodiment, plurality of bracket fasteners (391, 392, 393, 394) may be different kind of fasteners.
[00053] Referring to Figure 6c, the main unit (450) comprises at-least one guiding member (472, 474). In present embodiment, the at-least one guiding member (472, 474) comprises a first guiding member (472) and a second guiding member (474). However, in another embodiment, the at-least one guiding member (472, 474) may comprises only one guiding member or more than two guiding members. The at-least one guiding member (472, 474) is adapted to be configured with the at-least one locating member (372, 374) through at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494).
[00054] In present embodiment, the at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494) comprises a first guiding fastener (492) and a second guiding fastener (494). However, in another embodiment, the at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494) may comprises only one guiding fastener or more than two guiding fasteners. In present embodiment, the at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494) is bolt. However, in another embodiment, at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494) may be different kind of fasteners.
[00055] More particularly, the first guiding member (472) and the second guiding member (474), are adapted to be configured with the first locating member (372) and the second locating member (374), respectively, through the first guiding fastener

(492) and the second guiding fastener (494). Thus, the major part of the main unit (450) is covered under the envelope member (300) and only the charging pin (452) comes out from the first opening (310) of the envelope member (300) thereby protecting the electronic charging device (400) of the vehicle (100).
[00056] In present embodiment, the charging pin (452) faces towards rearward direction of the vehicle (100) in such a way that the charging pin (452) remains hidden under the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109) from others view and easily visible and accessible to the rider. Further, the cover (460) is provided to cover the charging pin (452) of the main unit (450). Since, the charging pin (452) is provided in rearward direction. Hence, the cover (460) is also provided in the rearward direction of the vehicle (100) to protect the charging pin (452).
[00057] The present invention provides a provision of charging portable device
in the vehicle (100) which is safe and not open to atmosphere thereby avoiding dust and water entry to the provision of charging portable device. The portable device may be a mobile phone and any other portable device.
[00058] The present invention improves the life of the electronic charging device
(400). As the electronic charging device (400) remain protected with the outside environment and foreign materials.
[00059] Further, the present invention ensures reduction in time and the cost involved in charging portable device for rider without affecting the aesthetic of the vehicle (100).
[00060] Further, the present invention provides convenient to the rider for charging portable device while riding the vehicle (100).

[00062] While few embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments and modifications may be appropriately made thereto within the spirit and scope of the invention.
[00063] While considerable emphasis has been placed herein on the particular features of this invention, it will be appreciated that various modifications can be made, and that many changes can be made in the preferred embodiments without departing from the principles of the invention. These and other modifications in the nature of the invention or the preferred embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein, whereby it is to be distinctly understood that the foregoing descriptive matter is to be interpreted merely as illustrative of the invention and not as a limitation.

We claim:

1. A vehicle (100) comprising:
a body frame (102) comprising a head tube (103);
a handle bar (109) removably coupled to the body frame (102), the handle bar (109) comprising a central bar portion (139);
a bridge member (200) connected to the head tube (103) of the body frame (102), the bridge member (200) comprising:
at-least one riser (270, 260) extending upwards from the bridge member (200), wherein the at-least one riser (270, 260) receives the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109);
an envelope member (300), wherein the envelope member (300) adapted to be placed below the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109), wherein the envelope member (300) comprising:
at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) configured to be connected with the bridge member (200); and
a first opening (310) provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100); and
an electronic charging device (400) comprises a main unit (450), wherein the main unit (450) mounted to the envelope member (300).
2. The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bridge member (200) further comprises at-least one receiving member (285, 286), wherein the at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) configured to be connected with the at-least one receiving member (285, 286).
3. The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2, wherein the at-least one engaging provisions (312, 314) configured to be connected with the at-least one riser (270, 260).

The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the envelope member (300) further comprises a second opening (320) and at-least one locating member (372, 374), wherein the second opening (320) and the at-least one locating member (372, 374) are provided along a vertical direction of the vehicle (100).
5. The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electronic charging device (400) comprising:
a cover (460) to cover the main unit (450), wherein the cover (460) provided in a rearward direction of the vehicle (100); and
a power cable (458) connected between the main unit (450) and a power storage unit (163), wherein the power cable (458) extending in frontward direction of the vehicle (100) from the main unit (450).

The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main unit (450) accessible through the first opening (310) of the envelope member (300), and the main unit (450) comprises a charging pin (452), and at-least one device mounting slot (472, 474), wherein the main unit (450) adapted to be attached to the envelope member (300) along a vertical direction of the vehicle (100), and the charging pin (452) faces towards rearward direction of the vehicle (100).

The vehicle (100) as claimed in the claim 1 and claim 6, wherein the first opening (310) provides a provision for the charging pin (452) of the main unit (450) to connect with a charging cable (500) of portable device, and connection of the charging pin (452) of the main unit (450) with the charging cable (500) adapted to be place below the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109).

8. The vehicle (100) as claimed in the claim 4 and claim 6, wherein the main unit (450) comprises at-least one guiding member (472, 474) adapted to be configured with the at-least one locating member (372, 374) through at-least one guiding fastener (492, 494).
9. The vehicle (100) as claimed in the claim 1, wherein the envelope member (300) sandwiched between the central bar portion (139) of the handle bar (109) and an upper surface (202) of the bridge member (200).
10. The vehicle (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vehicle (100) further comprises a bracket member (380), the bracket member (380) and the bridge member (200) engaged with each other, and the central bar portion (139) sandwiched between the bracket member (380) and the bridge member (200) through a plurality of bracket fasteners (391, 392, 393, 394).
