DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION. -
Referring to Fig. 1, vehicle to Vehicle Emergency system consists of a main unit, a microprocessor, (1) which contain the Vehicle identity module card (VIM) Just like Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards in mobile, it will mounted in the vehicle dash board. It also contains the short range communication (Bluetooth) unit. For both the Vehicle registration number will be the vehicle identity module number, once vehicle is started, this system will get started and it works with the GSM or CDMA network and the short range communication system will automatically get pair with all the nearby vehicle short range communication system.
In the display Touch screen (2) the connected all vehicle registration number will display. The display position of the vehicles in the touch screen will be according to the ratio of the distance between the nearby vehicle blue tooth connection. When it get paired it will share the vehicle dimension and the vehicle registration number which is pre stored in the vehicle memory unit (3).
In the memory unit (3) other than the vehicle dimension, phone numbers, other vehicle dimension, pre recorded emergency voice mail etc will get stored.
In the display screen side a keypad available which can be used for dialing the number. Once we touch the keypad the keypad numbers will display in the touch screen. It also contain the phone book which will display the stored

phone numbers and their names, using that we can communicate with that concern person. In the display touch screen one icon will be there called "emergency".
In that few emergency number will get stored and in emergency cases the vehicle will send the pre recorded voice emergency message like "vehicle is in emergency "to the emergency numbers. It can also be operate manually by pressing the emergency icon the number which we stored will display in the touch screen by selecting the number we can communicate with that number through GSM or CDMA network at the time of emergency.
A Microphone (5) placed conveniently on the driver side sun visor helps to record the voice message. This system also has an audio storage unit (3), where the voice (alert) message captured through the microphone (5) gets converted into a useable format and saved. This saved audio file, is sent to the desired vehicle selected through the touch screen. Speakers (4) used for the vehicle music system is as well used to play the voice message. Accept / ON button (6) and Reject button (7) mounted on the steering wheel helps for easy accessibility to the driver for controlling this system. If the Accept / ON button (6) is continuously pressed for 2 seconds, it will switch on the Microphone (5). A beep sound intimates the driver to start the voice registration. The driver can record his voice up to 15 seconds duration. A second beep sound at the end of 15 seconds intimates that the voice has been saved.
Referring to Fig. 2, user B and User C vehicles are pair with the User A vehicle. Here User A is sending alert to the User B as explained in Figure 3.
The Bluetooth system range is up to 100 meters. In the flowchart shown below, the User A is paired with both User B and User C. Consider that User B is in an emergency situation (User B is not alert about this situation). User A is alerting User B though the Vehicle to Vehicle Emergency Alert System.

In this scenario, the User A sends an alert to User B. Once the User B comes within the Bluetooth range it will automatically get paired with the User A. Pressing the Accept button for 2 seconds activates the Microphone. The Driver can record his voice for up to 15 seconds and is saved, as a useable format, automatically in the Audio storage unit. With the help of the Touch Screen display, the User B registration number can be selected. This will send the voice message to the User B through Bluetooth.
If the User B wants to accept the message, it can be accepted by pressing the ACCEPT / ON button on the steering wheel. This will receive the message through the Bluetooth and will play the message automatically through the speakers. If User B doesn't want to accept, it can be done by pressing the REJECT button on the steering wheel. This will disconnect the communication.
Bluetooth is a standard and communications protocol primarily designed for low power consumption, with a short range (power-class-dependent: 1 meter, 10 meters, 100 meters) based on low-cost transceiver microchips in each device. Bluetooth makes it possible for these devices to communicate with each other when they are in range. Because the devices use a radio (broadcast) communications system, they do not have to be in line of sight of each other. In near future, if the wireless data transfer speed is improved, this system can be used as a live interaction / communication device. If the range of the Bluetooth systems is improved, the connectivity range of each vehicle will be increased.
The main unit a microprocessor is provided with an embedded software programmed as per the algorithms illustrated in the figures 3 to 5.
Two sensors (8) will kept at front RH and LH suspension area. Two sensors (8) will kept at the B pillar area. Once collision happened this sensors will send signal to the main unit, by using the pre recorded voice message and the emergency number in memory unit the main unit will send the message to the concern person

Working:
Once collision happened immediately the sensors detect it and send signal to the main unit. Main unit will collect the pre recorded emergency voice message and the emergency number from the memory unit and send this message to the emergency numbers through GSM or CDMA connection. In the shown diagram User B and User C vehicles are pair with the User A vehicle. Here User A is sending alert to the User B the flowchart of the process is shown below.
The Bluetooth system range is up to 100 meters. In the flowchart shown below, the User A is paired with both User B and User C. Consider that User B is in an emergency situation (User B is not alert about this situation). User A is alerting User B though the Vehicle to Vehicle Emergency Alert System Referring to figure 3 the flow diagram is shown performing communication between vehicle A and vehicle B. The algorithms of the embedded software is based on this flow diagram.
Referring to figure 4 the flow diagram shows the working of communication system if vehicle distance is less than the set value and sends alert. The algorithms of embedded software is based on this flow diagram. Referring to figure 5 shows flow diagram of vehicle communication system if vehicle is having collosion/crash. A pre recorded message is automatically sent to control telephone. The algorithms of embedded software is based on this flow diagram.
