Abstract: An electric power converting device (1) comprises a housing (10), a latching member, and a guide. The housing (10) accommodates an electric power converting circuit. The latching member is fixed to the housing (10). The guide is attached below a floor of a carriage of a railway vehicle, is provided across a width direction of the carriage, has a shape allowing the latching member to latch therewith, and supports the latching member movably in the width direction.
