Abstract: This vehicular panel structure has: a sheet-like outer panel member; an inner member disposed facing an inner surface of the outer panel member; and a resin member which is made of a resin and which is joined to the inner surface of the outer panel member. At least a part of the inner member is embedded in the resin member.
