Abstract: VERTICAL IMMERSION SYSTEM A vertical immersion system (100) made of modular belt (1) attached with customized material/product carriers (2). A container (3) filled with liquid for immersion mounted at the bottom along the travel path of the carrier (2) for automatically and continuously immersing semi or finished products. Main illustrative figure. Fig 1.
DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to an immersion system, more specifically a vertical immersion system for an automatic and continuous immersion of semi and finished products into liquids like cleaning agents such as water, oil, chemical, etc.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In industries cleaning of semi and finished products using liquids such as water, oil or cleaning solvents, etc. is a process being done as part of the manufacturing. Many industries are managing such critical activities with the help of human workforce with basic safety gears such as glows, googles, etc. In which products will be immersed manually into the tub contains cleaning agents. Speedy and Improper immersion resulting in presence of metal and sand particles on finished products. Lack of consistent quality and low productivity are pain points of the oil immersion process.
It would be advantageous to have an immersion system for continuous and proper immersion of products without spillage and wastage of immersion liquid and with custom designed carriers for holding products.
Here, a vertical conveying system disclosed on application 201841034006 has been used as conveying medium and driven with a single sprocket.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary objective of the invention is to provide an immersion system.
It is another object of the invention is to provide a vertical immersion system made of modular belt attached with customized material/product carriers.
It is yet another object of the invention is to provide a vertical immersion system with container filled with liquid for immersion mounted at the bottom along the travel path of the carrier for automatically and continuously immersing semi or finished products.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To meet the objects of the invention and overcome the drawbacks of the prior art it is disclosed here, a vertical immersion system for an automatic and continuous immersion of semi and finished products comprising a modular belt used as conveying medium and driven with a single sprocket; a plurality of material carriers attached to the modular belt at frequent intervals; and a container, characterized in that the container is attached on the travel path of material carriers, which is filled with required liquids for immersion.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Fig.2 is the schematic representation of the vertical immersion system with material carriers attached and a container filled with liquid for immersion.
Fig.3 shows the vertical oil immersion of cam shafts.
Fig.4 is the schematic representation of the material carrier with V- type holding arm.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to Fig 1 and Fig 2, the system of the present invention is used for an automatic and continuous immersion of semi and finished products into liquids such as water, oil, chemical, etc. A vertical immersion system (100) made of modular belt (1) attached with material carriers (2) and container (3) filled with liquids such as water, oil, chemical, etc. mounted at the bottom for an automatically and continuously immersing semi or finished products in manufacturing process.
Application specific material carries (2) are attached at frequent intervals of the belt (1). A container (3) is attached on the travel path of material carriers (2), which is filled with required liquids for immersion.
Referring to Fig 3 and Fig 4, Manufacturing of Cam shaft (4) is one such process that requires washing of finished products in oil for removing fine particles and to prevent rusting. Oil immersion of cam shaft (4) is an industrial problem that has been automated using disclosed vertical immersion system (100). A V-type holding arm (5) specifically designed to hold cam shafts (4) is attached to the heavy duty belt (1) at required intervals. The arm (5) is provided with set of bearing blocks to retain same downward position at all the time. The V-type holders (5) provides flexibility to load and retrieve easily. And also designed with adjustability to use different varieties and sizes of cam shafts (4).
Advantages
• Simple and scalable platform configurable for applications require an automatic and continuous immersion of semi and finished products into cleaning agents such as water, oil, chemical, etc.
• Unlike conventional methods or horizontal immersion systems, vertical system saves lot of valuable floor space in manufacturing and production floors.
• Provides safe work environment to workers in hazardous immersion processes
• Reduced spillages and wastage of cleaning liquids
• Increased productivity and throughput of the process.
