Vertical Integration Of Nano And Microparticle Assemblies With Atomically Thin Membranes
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a nanostructured device comprising (a) a base substrate; (b) a first layer of nanoparticles deposited over the base substrate; (c) a spacer layer deposited over the first layer of nanoparticles; and (d) a second layer of nanoparticles deposited over the spacer layer in such a manner that the nanoparticles of the second layer are vertically oriented on top of nanoparticles of the first layer. The present disclosure further provides a method for fabricating a nanostructured device in which vertical integration of nano or microparticle layers with atomically thin layer can be achieved.
