Abstract: Provided is an elevator guidance device 40 comprising: an identification information acquisition unit 41 that acquires identification information of a user heading for an elevator landing; a selection information acquisition unit 42 that acquires information of a selected elevator selected from among a plurality of elevators as an elevator for carrying the identified user; and a guidance display unit 43 that displays, in a display mode associated with each user, guide signs to guide the user to the entrance of the selected elevator on the route from a guidance start position, where the guidance of the identified user is started, to the entrance of the selected elevator.
