a. Any VR enabled device - such as VR headset;
b. Backend server – the virtual property showcases in real estate application is installed; and
c. Wi-Fi modem – for connectivity between backend server and virtual reality enabled device
2) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, real estate team show virtual visualization of property.
3) The system claimed in claim 1 wherein, helps customer to visualize the property in future.

The present invention discloses the system and computer program for virtual property showcases for real estate by using virtual reality technology. In particular, it is related to real estate sector.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property, (more generally) buildings or housing in general.
Customer is the main aspect of real estate business. When client want to purchase any property, he visits many properties. And obviously it is not that much easy to visit each and every property in a list. It takes so much time and money of customer as well as real estate owner. If properties are far from the customers place then it becomes very hectic to visit that properties.
Currently there is a platform such as property fair, where one can see the multiple property option before purchasing. But still it can show only paper and catalogue of the property or more over video but which doesn’t give clear image of property to customer.
The present invention discloses the system and computer program for virtual property showcases for real estate by using virtual reality technology. Instead of paper design and catalogue and video, real estate company can show the virtual property showcases to customer which is very beneficial to customer for decision making.
It gives outline of future work to customer.

The present invention discloses the system and computer program of virtual property showcases for real estate by using virtual reality technology. The invention application is installed at any computing device such as computer or laptop. The application is designed in a such a way that it creates virtual scene of property which customer want to see. Customer wear Virtual reality enabled headset. Virtual reality headset is connected with backend server where application is installed. As customer wear headset, he would be the part of virtual property which is created in application. Virtual reality headset creates simulated environment of real estate property. Customer can experience how the construction will look like after the work is completed.

The present invention system is comprising of components such as;
Any VR enabled device such as VR headset

Wi-Fi modem - for connectivity between backend server and virtual reality enabled device
The present invention implemented in a combination of both hardware and software. The present invention system is comprising of;
Step 1) The virtual property showcases in real estate application is installed at backend server
Step 2) VR enabled headset is connected with backend server
Step 3) Virtual videos of various properties are stored in application
Step 4) Customer wear VR enabled headset
Step 5) Customer can experience that he/she is in real estate property which he/she is selected for show
Step 6) Customer can observe how the construction will look like when work is completed
This is general overview of system. System is not bounded to this only.
Here by using this invention customer can see property showcases virtually. Which helps customer to understand how the project will look actually after completion. Customer can see and observe the project minutely.

Clear view of work after completion- With the help of VR technology, customer can experience clear view of complete work before it gets actually completed.
Transparency of work – Customer can verify there is any difference in construction team members paper design and in actual work. With the help of VR technology, checking is done. Transparency of work is maintained by construction team.
Take an example of this invention, suppose customer want to see one property of real estate. With the help of this invention, customer just has to wear Virtual reality enabled headset. As customer wear headset and chooses which property to see, the virtual property will be shown to customer. Customer would be part of that virtual world. So, customer can check various things such as total area of property, built up area, carpet area, parking and all which are mentioned by real estate team.
With the help of this customer can check out more properties in less time, and with no wastage of money, which is very beneficial to customer.
