Virtual Securities Collection Device, Virtual Securities Collection Program, And Virtual Securities Collection Method
Abstract: A smart contract (800) comprises a securities issuance unit (832) and a securities collection unit (833). The securities issuance unit (832) determines whether a payment amount to be paid from an exchange as a buyer to a user as a seller is payable with a deposit of a deposit wallet of the exchange, and if not payable, issues to the user securities equivalent to an amount of at least a portion of the payment amount, stores the amount of the securities in a securities wallet of the user, and registers the user with a creditor list. When a deposit is made to the deposit wallet of the exchange, the securities collection unit (833) selects the creditor registered with the creditor list in response to the making of the deposit and compares the deposit amount with the amount of the securities issued to the creditor. If at least a portion of the amount of the securities can be repaid by the deposit, the securities collection unit (833) repays the at least a portion of the amount of the securities to the creditor by the deposit.
