Vision Based Device For Estimation Of Extraction Through Soxhlation Process

Abstract: The vision-based device technology is incorporated in the method of soxhlation. The soxhlation is the process of extraction which is used to obtain the phytochemical constituents from the drug (Plant source). These devices allow for continuous treatment of sample with a solvent over period of hours or days to extraction phytoconstituents of interest. Through this invention it is suggested to place markers in the flask to estimate the concentration of solvent with respect of time. i.e smart flask (600). The extraction with respect to time, and time taken by the type of solvent can be easily calculated with the help of vision based device, as suggested in fig.1.

This invention relates to vision-based device for estimation of extraction through soxhlation process.
Background of the Invention
CN202021849355 This automatic Soxhlet extractor equipped by condenser, extraction room, aluminum cup, place seat and support pad. As per need, solvent pour in the cup followed by sample adding measurement with a filter paper packet for indoor extraction. Continuously geating evaporate the solvent which formed the vapors, condensed and drop back into cup frequently. This continuous circulation process leads the desired extract
Research Gap: The attachment of vision-based device will be helpful in indicating the amount of extraction collected with respect to time.
CN202021849449 The utility model provides an automatic soxhlet of multichannel draws appearance, include: casing, a plurality of appearance body and a plurality of depression bar device of extracting will await measuring the sample and put into the extraction indoor, then put solvent in the aluminium cup, the solvent evaporation after the heating gets into the extraction room, then gets into the condenser, after the condensation forms liquid, flows to the extraction room to drip on the sample that awaits measuring, soak and heat whole sample that awaits measuring. After the experiment is finished, the sample to be tested flows into the aluminum cup, and an experiment process is completed. The aluminum cup was then reheated and the entire experiment repeated, and the experimental extract was finally removed from the aluminum cup. Through the repeated whole experimentation of constantly circulating, until extracting completely, through using this automatic soxhlet of multichannel to draw the appearance, can carry out the extraction experiment of the sample that awaits measuring of difference simultaneously, and in whole experimentation, need not the experimenter and carry out manual operation, avoid influencing the problem of the result of whole soxhlet's extraction because of manual operation well. The type of solvent has good extractive value can be estimated with this invention.
CN201922261763 Pressure based extraction equipped by extraction flask, extraction tube with siphon and condenser which is connected with steam assembly. There are G2 sintered glass sand cores are placed at the first middle part of extraction tube, side pipe attached with it maintain the pressure.
Research Gap: As per need solvent in the flask poured into the extraction tube by applying heating, vaporization, condensation and reflux. Vision based device is embedded in it, to observe the rate of extraction with respect to the time.

Extraction is a tedious process which is used for the isolation of various phytochemical constituents. There are multiple mechanism which are used for the extraction. Among them Soxhlet apparatus or hot continuous extraction process is most effective for estimation of phyto-constituents in thee sample. Soxhlation is a time taking process. The duration of time consumption will depends upon the types of solvent used in determination.
Best Method of working:
The vision-based device technology is incorporated in the method of soxhlation. The extraction with respect to time, and time taken by the type of solvent can be easily calculated with the help of vision-based device, as suggested in fig.1.
The intelligent eye stand (100) will be kept, next to the soxhlation assembly for support of intelligent eye or vision-based device. This device has ESP32 microcomputer (250) in it, who will be responsible for determine all the data which will be required from extraction. The system is supported by the power supply (50) in it. All the information will be sent by ESP32 microcomputer in cloud (300) and data can be fetched with the help of App (350), as reflected in fig. 2.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
1. The time consumption can be calculation be calculated.
2. Time take by specific solvent can be estimated.
Novel Features of the Invention
1. The volume of extraction can be estimated with respect to time.
2. Time taken by type of solvent can be estimated, for future reference.
