Abstract: The present invention comprises: a body case (100) having a body chassis (101) that is attached to the wall surface in a room and a front cover (102) that is detachably placed over the body chassis (101); an electrical component (20) that is provided on the front surface (101a) of the body chassis (101), inside the body case (100); a water-resistant electrical component box (10) that covers the electrical component (20), inside the body case (100); and a heat exhaust port (1011) that is provided in the body chassis (101) further towards the rear side than the electrical component (20) when viewed from the front of the body chassis (101).
