Abstract: This design contributed improved design integration upon the Washing/Flushing pumping coupling of storage medicine Fog generator/Fogging Machine, so as to decrease the clogging rate, failure rate, while the machine’s corrosion is also decreased to minimum. Because the integrated design is adopted, with the cost decreased in great range. Although in the process of use there are vibration, high temperature, and the contact with toxic chemicals, this medicine sprinkling/Fogging device of epidemic prevention performance features for heat resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, for the fine quality. This can be considered a new generation of excellent product of pumping connection devices. In the structure of this product of medicine smoke/Fog generator/Fogging Machine, in Washing/Flushing liquid inflow port (17), washing/Flushing liquid pumping cylinder (18) there are completely no couplings that lead to water leakage, corrosion or break-off, for it has adopted integrated design of from combining manufacturing of Diverter valve (15), Connection pipe (16), structures, so that the liquid is sprayed out in certain shape.

The present invention relates to improvement in Washing / Flushing pumping coupling of storage medicine Fog generator/ Fogging Machine. The present Fogging machine decrease the clogging rate, failure rate, and machine's corrosion.
Description of Existing Machine:
The conventional fogging machine has the blocking or clogging problem of liquid pipe coil. The conventional machine can be explained in detail with the help of Figure 1. It comprising of butane or LPG gas (6) and the gas adjuster (13) which causes the liquid coil wound upon the combustion heating system to get heated, which moved the lever on upper end, medicine liquid stored in medicine liquid slot at lower end went through the diverter valve. The heated upper liquid pipe coil and nozzle, depending on the gas heat, got their temperatures raised rapidly. Medicine liquid going through inside of the liquid pipe got heated and vaporized, and rushed out through the nozzle at the upper end. When spraying through the liquid pipe coil and nozzle, it rubbed the atmosphere at extremely high temperature. Around the nozzle, condensed greasy contaminations are piled more and more, which led to the jam of the nozzle and/or coil, thus there appeared the accumulation of carbides out of residual medicine liquid in the coil. To eliminate these matters and to prevent the accumulations, first of all, on the side of medicine liquid slot (2), and additional washing / Flushing liquid slot (1) is set. On the other top side, when pumping cylinder with union and gun tube operating handle is set up, the union of the cylinder, washing / Flushing liquid slot and pumping pipe is connected, for washing / Flushing liquid to flow out from washing / Flushing liquid slot (1). Washing / Flushing/ liquid flowing out, with the operation of the gun pipe handle of pumping cylinder, goes through Diverter valve of medicine liquid (7) and Connection pipe (9), Gas-in valve (7) and Medicine liquid coil (3), as well as nozzle (4), and sprayed out Residual medicine liquid and carbides left on liquid pipe coil (3) and nozzle (4) can be removed. The conventional machine has many disadvantages over the present invention;
The conventional machine has weak connection parts that lead to increase of failure rates and shortened service life.
The conventional machine has connection of soft rubber pumping cylinder (11) and union binding mouth (10) with soft rubber connection pipe (9) connection port (8), Diverter valve (7) etc is very complex and assembly cost is high.
It also increases the corrosion and water leakage rate
In conventional machine there are much chances of bumping. If the connection between parts is not solid enough, possibility of fall-off and water leakage is very high. In addition, the medicine liquid used by medicine smoke contacts soft rubber material for long time, and toxic contents will be easily generated.
In conventional machine to increase the washing / Flushing efficiency of the pumping medicine liquid, replacement of Connection pipe (9), gas-in pumping cylinder (11), binding mouth (10), connection port (10), and other valves (10) is required and if replacement is delayed then use of leakage water containing toxic Medicine liquid is possible or the medicine liquid is not sprayed in the intended direction that will cause great injury to human body.
The main objective of present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of conventional machine. The objectives are as follows:
The first objective of present invention is to decrease water leakage rate, failure rate and corrosion rate.
The other objective is to provide easy and low cost manufacturing.
It provides heat resistant, chemical resistant, corrosion resistant quality materials, with brand-new pumping connecting methods for liquid injection in certain shape.
Detail Description of present Invention:
The present invention can be explained in detail with the help of Figurel, Figure2, and Figure3. Figurel shows the structural diagram of conventional Fogging machine. Figure2 show internal structure of present Fogging machine. Figure3 shows the enlarged diagram of pumping mechanism. Present Fogging machine comprising of Washing / Flushing liquid (1) stored in Washing / Flushing liquid slot (1) goes through Medicine liquid coil (3) which is connected to Medicine liquid pail (2), and sprays out through nozzle. In order to clean off the residual medicine liquid and carbides left on Medicine liquid coil and nozzle, Washing / Flushing liquid pumping device is set up, with one end having connection port to gas-in Medicine liquid coil (19), and the other end having medicine liquid exit connected to Medicine liquid pail (20) on lower end, equipped with 3 directional Diverter valve (15). Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (20) of gas-in Diverter valve (15) forms Connection pipe (16) with certain diameter and length in one side. The other end of gas-in Connection pipe (16) is sealed, so in one top side, Inflow port (17) is formed which has Washing / Flushing liquid (11) of Washing / Flushing liquid slot (10) flowing in. Connection pipe (16) in front of gas-in Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (17) has
one side forming an obtuse angle with gas-in Connection pipe (16). When the pumping device is in operation, certain attraction to gas-in Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (17) is maintained. Washing / Flushing liquid (1) of Washing / Flushing liquid slot (10) can be pumped in or out through Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (17), for it is equipped with Washing / Flushing liquid pumping cylinder (18). Gas-in Diverter valve (15), Connection pipe (16), Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (17), and Washing / Flushing liquid pumping cylinder (18) have their parts connected so that there will be completely no defects such as water leakage, corrosion, break-offs. The whole design is integrated for the liquid to be shot out in certain shape, and that is the major feature.
In addition, when gas-in is integrated into certain form, there is outstanding resistance against chemicals, corrosion and heat Nylon glass is used as major material for molding. With the molding of gas-in integration, quality is improved, and the structure is more solid.
However, at the foundation of gas-in, nylon glass is not the only option. Besides that many synthetic materials can be used. That is to say, at the foundation, because of the integrated molding, selection of materials is not the core element. Different from the previous, making up most elements and mold those into one integration can decrease the cost in great range and the structure is improved in consistency.

1. A "Washing / Flushing pumping device of Fogging Machine" Comprising of Gas-in Diverter valve (15), Connection pipe (16), Inflow port (17), liquid pumping cylinder (18), Medicine liquid coil (19), Medicine liquid pail (20);

The present invention in which Washing / Flushing liquid (11) stored in Washing / Flushing liquid slot (10) goes through Medicine liquid coil (30) connected to Medicine liquid pail (20), Nozzle (40) and sprays out and pumping coupling set up for cleaning off residual medicine liquid and carbides left in Medicine liquid coil (3) and (4), one side is equipped with Connection port (19) which is connected to Medicine liquid coil (3), while at the other end there is Medicine liquid exit (2) down connected to Medicine liquid pail; wherein at the another end, at rear part, Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (20) of gas-in Diverter valve (IS) forms Connection pipe (16) with certain diameter and length in one side, and the other end of gas-in Connection pipe (120) is sealed, so in one top side, Inflow port (17) is formed which has Washing / Flushing liquid (1) of Washing / Flushing liquid slot (1) flowing in, connection pipe (16) in front of gas-in Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (17) has one side forming an obtuse angle with gas-in Connection pipe (16); wherein when the pumping device is in operation, certain attraction to gas-in Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (121) is maintained. Washing / Flushing liquid (11) of Washing / Flushing liquid slot (10) can be pumped in or out through Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (121), for it is equipped with Washing / Flushing liquid pumping cylinder (130).Gas-in Diverter valve (110), Connection pipe (120), Washing / Flushing liquid inflow port (121), Washing / Flushing liquid pumping cylinder (130) have their parts so connected that there is completely no defects of causing water leakage, corrosion or break-off;
