Abstract: Wearable gadget that acts both as a fashion wear & a deterrent against abuse that provide both fashion and security to the wearer. The Fashion angel is achieved by its ability to sync itself to the will of the wearer (Fig. 8), while the security angel is achieved by presence of a live camera that is on a constant recording mode and automatically transmits the recording to remote locations when in emergency (Fig. 10) and then starts broadcasting as well as recording live images / audio-video on a number of remote electronic devices to receive immediate help and further use the recordings as an evidence of aggression (Fig. 9).
The present invention is a wearable gadget that (a) deters eve teasers, abusers and other anti social elements. (b) Can be worn as fashions wear. (c) In emergency it can be used to raise alert with police and one’s near and dear ones with location details along with live coverage and recording of the current situation at a remote location and transferring images / audio-video of the situation which led to the rising of alert which could then be used as a proof against assault or abuse or an attempt to assault or abuse. ,
CLAIMS:1. We claim that in its broad embodiment this wearable gadget in all its variations, combinations, specifications and methods within the spirit and scope of this invention is a wearable gadget that can be used both as a fashion wear and a safety device capable of deterring potential abusers and anti social elements along with collecting evidence of the aggression using its live camera, and further storing these evidences on remote locations.
2. A wearable gadget as claimed in claim 1 that has a camera which is recording images / audio-video for a ‘pre-set time frame’ in continuous loop and is capable of transferring these records at will of the user to any number of remote electronic devices like mobile phones, tablet computers, laptop’s PC’s or any other electronic gadget capable of being synced over internet or similar wireless medium.

A wearable gadget as claimed in claim 1 that is capable of raising distress alerts with location details wherein it broadcasts and records live images / audio-video captured on its camera on any number of remote electronic devices like mobile phones, tablets computers, laptop’s PC’s or any other electronic gadget capable of being synced over internet or a similar wireless medium.

A wearable gadget as claimed in claim 1, that automatically raises distress alerts with location details wherein it broadcasts and records live images / audio-video captured in its camera on any number of remote electronic devices like mobile phones, tablets computers, laptop’s PC’s or any other electronic gadget capable of being synced over internet or a similar wireless medium, when ever a pull or pressure beyond a specified limit is applied to it.
5. Wearable gadget as claimed in claim 1 that is capable of syncing its display panel with images taken from another electronic gadget like mobile phone or any other electronic device capable of being synced remotely.
6. Wearable gadget as claimed in claim 1 that is capable of vibrating after receiving a buzz from some remote electronic device like mobile phone capable of being synced over Internet or a similar wireless medium.
7. Wearable electronic gadget with display screen which could be set to image of the liking of the user to use as a fashion pendant.
