Specification

Field of the invention
The present invention relates to WELD LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs. The proposed invention involves a new concept where a WELD-LESS Pan Support will enhance the aesthetic and life of the product. Cleaning of the product will be very easy, as there is no welding process involved and will be manufactured in a much environment friendly manner.

Background of the invention
Gas cooktops/hob, also referred to as gas stoves, are available in a number of different configurations. The gas supply source of said cooktops/hob may be LPG, CNG or PNG source. The input gas pressure is controlled by a gas cork or a gas valve and the distribution of gas is performed through aluminum pipes to the burners. The gas is mixed with air, mainly oxygen, at a burner mixing tube resulting in formation of a flammable mixture. Said flammable mixture is lit using a piezo-electric gas lighter, DC/ AC spark generator or a match stick at burner lid or outlet.

Presently there are two kinds of pan support available in the market: Casted and Steel Welded Pan Support.

1. CASTED PAN SUPPORT: The casted pan supports have rough and uneven surfaces and are breakable. Over a period of time said pan supports become difficult to clean.

2. STEEL WELDED: Said pan supports are made in mild steel with a number of parts joined together through welding. Welding results in sharp edges at corner leading to improper finishing of said product. Moreover, said pan supports are prone to breakage if not manufactured properly. If not coated well, the weld joints can catch rust over a period of time.

Such a cooktop is disclosed in DE102008042676A1. Said invention relates to a gas hob with at least one gas burner (3) with an associated pan support assembly (9) comprising a base pan support (11) and a spare pan support (13) which on the base pan support (11) is supported and with which a shelf (19) , in particular in the direction of the gas burner (3), be increased. According to the invention the base pan support (11) having at least one recess (31) is formed in the pot of the additional carrier (13) can be inserted. The wire manufactured as part or additional bent wire part pot support can have at least one supporting strut which can interact with the centering element of the base pot carrier with its outer end. At a plurality of supporting struts of the additional pot carrier they may converge in a central node, a weld joint. The outer ends of the supporting struts of the additional pot carrier may be a form-fitting inserted in corresponding recesses of the base pot carrier.

Such a cooktop is disclosed in DE202014004210U1. Said invention relates to a cooking surface with a glass or glass ceramic plate with at least one compound with a member of a metallic material, characterized in that the connection is a bonded connection. A suitable process for preparing a cohesive connection according to the invention between glass or glass ceramic cooking surface and a component made of a metallic material is welding, in particular ultrasonic welding. The ultrasonic welding takes place in the usual frequency range of 15 to 50 kHz, preferably at 20 to 40 kHz, particularly preferably at 20 kHz or 40 kHz. It leads to high temperature stable compounds that may be present in the hot area of the cooking surface. Regarding the ultrasonic welding method is the DE 199 17 133 A1 referenced in detail, describes the welding of a workpiece made of glass, glass-ceramic and / or ceramic, that is a brittle, inorganic, poorly heat-conducting material with a low long-range order and a workpiece made thereof different material, for example a metal.

Such a cooktop is disclosed in CN206959031U. Said invention relates to a utility model discloses a hide pot support for gas -cooker of weld mark, include: foundation ring and the handle of welding on the foundation ring, its characterized in that is equipped with the handle elongator in the bottom of handle, is equipped with the foundation ring hole of lining up on the foundation ring, the bottom opening in foundation ring hole is greater than the handle elongator for be formed with the welding agent filler opening between the bottom in foundation ring hole and handle elongator. Compared with the prior art, the pot support for the gas -cooker that this embodiment provided through setting up handle elongator and foundation ring hole, optimizes assembly structure, can not only hide the weld mark, makes pot support more level and more smooth, but also can reinforce the face of weld, makes the welding more firm.

Such a cooktop is disclosed in DE202009000991U1. Said invention relates to a cooking field with at least one metal on a support (20) mounted heating element (12a-12d), characterized by at least one profile strip element (18) for supporting the metal support (20) with the heating element.

The gas cooktops as described in the prior art are not manufactured through an environment friendly; have poor aesthetics and welded joints. The sharp edges and variation in welding process affects the life of the cooktops.

Objective of the Invention
The objective of the present invention is to design a WELD-LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs that is unbreakable and provides for more convenient usage, reliable for a longer period of time & less prone to rust.
Yet another objective of this invention is to design a WELD-LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs that is manufactured in an environment friendly manner.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to design a WELD-LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs that does not include the welding of pan supports thereby enhancing the aesthetic and life.

Summary of the Invention
The present invention relates to WELD-LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs. More particularly, the present invention relates to a WELD-LESS Pan support for Cooktops/Hobs with an improved aesthetics pan support without welded joints.
According to the present invention a new concept is involved where a weld-less pan support is employed in the gas cooktop thereby enhancing the aesthetic of the gas cooktop. Said cooktop is provided with single piece sheet metal pan supports that are relatively easy to clean and are less prone to rust. Due to the absence of the welding process, said product is manufactured in an environment friendly manner.
According to a preferred embodiment of the instant invention, the body of the pan support will be in a single piece made of steel frame (SS/MS) thereby providing longer life and rust free operation. The improved design ensures easy-handling to the user and is a very neat looking design.
Description of Drawings
One or more embodiments are now described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings wherein like reference numerals represent like elements and in which:
Figure 1 illustrates top view of said weld-less pan support.
Figure 2 illustrates bottom view of said weld-less pan support.

Figure 5 illustrates right side view of said weld-less pan support.
Figure 6 illustrates left side view of said weld-less pan support.
Figure 7 illustrates isometric view of said weld-less pan support.

The figures depict embodiments of the disclosure for purposes of illustration only. One skilled in the art will readily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures and methods illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the disclosure described.

We Claim:
1. A pan support for cooktops, said pan support comprising of a steel frame characterized in that said frame is a single piece sheet metal without welded joints.

2. A pan support as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the steel frame is made up of SS or MS thereby providing rust free operation of said pan support.
