Welded Joint And Vehicle Component

Abstract: The present disclosure suppresses cracking caused by liquid-metal embrittlement (LME) in a welded joint obtained by spot-welding a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet to one another. A welded joint according to the present disclosure, wherein: a first plating layer is provided on the surface of the first steel sheet which faces the second steel sheet; and the surface of the second steel sheet which faces the first steel sheet is not provided with a plating layer or is provided with a second plating layer; and a boundary plating layer is provided between the first steel sheet and the second steel sheet across a 0.5mm range from a corona bond end section to the outside of a spot-welded section. The higher tensile strength among the tensile strength of the first steel sheet and the tensile strength of the second steel sheet is at least 780 MPa, the area ratio of the ?-Zn phase in a cross-section of the boundary plating layer is at least 5%, and the first plating layer and the second plating layer satisfy prescribed relationships I and II.
