Abstract: Provided are a welding device and a welding method which can improve welding efficiency in a battery manufacturing process, and a battery manufacturing device and a vehicle manufacturing device comprising the welding device. The welding device according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a laser irradiation unit configured to irradiate a laser; and a laser output control unit configured to control the laser irradiation unit to irradiate a welding part with a peak-power laser and a base-power laser.
