In the present invention a rotary link capable of reciprocating flie wiper blades throi^h link structures, is attached to the low speed ou^ut shaft 19 of a Cycloidal Speed reducer . .4n isfvt f^}3fi 7(}a^ speed sOiafi) is operaify engaged to the outpia s^aaft 19 0ow speed shaS ) bj' the Cy'chidaA speed reducer 4 such ^tat it rotates at a faster speed ^ttcai the oi^ut shaft 19 (hw sg&sd shaft) . A matar 3 is apcraWy cojgsgsd to dtc iapttt sfctft^ 7 (iftqgft speed shaA ) and controls the rotation of the input shstR T 0a^ speed shaA j . Operation of the motor 3 thus also controls the motion of the output shaft 19 (low speed shaft ) and rotary link 31 creating concentric motion.

In addition, the drive gear 15 has sitraight tooth profiles, which are relatively mexpensive to manufacture. The dri^^e gear 15 can be molded from plastic rather than made from metal. To reduce cost and wei^t as needed for an application such as a small car. Maldi\g the drive gear 15 from plastic rather than metal is acceptable became the load is shared over a greater number ofteelk 15a as compared to other 4esi^2s of speed reducers.
