Radio Communication Apparatus

Abstract: The purpose of the present disclosure is to enable, in a wireless communication device that uses a combination of multi-hop communication and mobile phone wireless communication, the reliable transmission of power failure information of a slave unit to a higher-level device. A wireless communication device according to the present disclosure comprises: a multi-hop wireless device (2) that collects power failure information indicating a power failure state from each of a plurality of slave units by means of multi-hop communication when a power failure occurs; and a mobile phone wireless device (3) that performs mobile phone communication with a higher-level device via first antennas (9, 11) and transmits the power failure information collected by the multi-hop wireless device (2) to the higher-level device by means of the mobile phone communication, wherein the mobile phone wireless device (3) does not perform the mobile phone communication with the higher-level device during a power failure information collection period in which the multi-hop wireless device (2) collects the power failure information.
