[Claim 1] A wireless communication device included in a plurality of wireless
communication devices configuring a wireless communication system which performs normal communication and priority communication to be performed with priority over the normal communication, the plurality of wireless communication devices including a first wireless communication device, which is a wireless communication device arranged on a priority route, which is a route for the priority communication, and a second wireless communication device which is other than the first wireless communication device, the wireless communication device comprising:
a wireless unit to receive a control packet including a communication type indicating the normal communication or the priority communication and a device type having set thereto either a first device type indicating the first wireless communication device or a second device type indicating the second wireless communication device and to receive topology information indicating a topology configured of the plurality of wireless communication devices;
a decision unit to decide, based on the communication type included in the control packet, whether the wireless communication device performs the priority communication and, when deciding that the wireless communication device performs the priority communication, to decide a type of the wireless communication device based on the device type included in the control packet; and
a control unit to generate a communication route in accordance with the type
of the wireless communication device based on the topology information and the type of
the wireless communication device decided by the decision unit.
[Claim 2] The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein
when the device type is decided by the decision unit as the second device type,

the control unit deletes the first wireless communication device from the topology
configured of the plurality of wireless communication devices indicated by the topology
information, and generates a normal route, which is a communication route for the
normal communication, by using non-priority topology information indicating a
topology with the first wireless communication device deleted therefrom.
[Claim 3] The wireless communication device according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein
when the device type is decided by the decision unit as the first device type, the control unit generates the priority route by using the topology information received by the wireless unit.
[Claim 4] The wireless communication device according to any one of claims 1
to 3, wherein
when receiving a search notification for searching for a third wireless communication device positioned at a vertex of the topology configured of the plurality of wireless communication devices, the control unit searches for the third wireless communication device from within a wireless communication range of the wireless communication device, and transmits a search result including an address of the third wireless communication device as a response to the search notification, and
the wireless unit receives the control packet with the device type having set
thereto either the first device type or the second device type indicating the second
wireless communication device and the third wireless communication device.
[Claim 5] The wireless communication device according to any one of claims 1
to 4, comprising:
a radio wave information management unit to measure a radio field intensity of the control packet received from the wireless unit and to store the radio field intensity as

radio field intensity information for each adjacent wireless communication device which is adjacent; and
a position information calculation unit to calculate, from radio field intensities of two adjacent wireless communication devices and a radio field intensity between adjacent wireless communication devices received from either or both of two adjacent wireless communication devices among the radio field intensities, a relative position of three wireless communication devices including the wireless communication device itself, wherein
based on the position information, the control unit selects a wireless
communication device in an operation mode not for priority communication positioned
farthest from a wireless communication device in an operation mode for priority
communication, as a vertex of a topology of a network formed of wireless
communication devices in the operation mode not for priority communication.
[Claim 6] The wireless communication device according to any one of claims 1
to 5, wherein
the control unit sets a wait time in a random manner before transmitting the control packet, and
the wireless communication device includes a priority control management unit to change a random range of the wait time for each operation mode of a wireless station.
[Claim 7] The wireless communication device according to any one of claims 1
to 6, comprising:
a channel setting unit to set communication channels at different values
between the priority communication and the normal communication.
[Claim 8] A wireless communication method for a wireless communication

device included in a plurality of wireless communication devices configuring a wireless communication system which performs normal communication and priority communication to be performed with priority over the normal communication, the plurality of wireless communication devices including a first wireless communication device, which is a wireless communication device arranged on a priority route, which is a route for the priority communication, and a second wireless communication device which is other than the first wireless communication device, the wireless communication method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless unit, a control packet including a communication type indicating the normal communication or the priority communication and a device type having set thereto either a first device type indicating the first wireless communication device or a second device type indicating the second wireless communication device and receiving topology information indicating a topology configured of the plurality of wireless communication devices;
deciding, by a decision unit, based on the communication type included in the control packet, whether the wireless communication device performs the priority communication and, when deciding that the wireless communication device performs the priority communication, deciding a type of the wireless communication device based on the device type included in the control packet; and
generating, by a control unit, a communication route in accordance with the
type of the wireless communication device based on the topology information and the
type of the wireless communication device decided by the decision unit.
[Claim 9] A wireless communication program for a wireless communication
device included in a plurality of wireless communication devices configuring a wireless communication system which performs normal communication and priority

communication to be performed with priority over the normal communication, the plurality of wireless communication devices including a first wireless communication device, which is a wireless communication device arranged on a priority route, which is a route for the priority communication, and a second wireless communication device which is other than the first wireless communication device, the wireless communication program that causes the wireless communication device being a computer to execute:
a process of receiving a control packet including a communication type indicating the normal communication or the priority communication and a device type having set thereto either a first device type indicating the first wireless communication device or a second device type indicating the second wireless communication device;
a process of receiving topology information indicating a topology configured of the plurality of wireless communication devices;
a process of deciding, based on the communication type included in the control packet, whether the wireless communication device performs the priority communication and, when deciding that the wireless communication device performs the priority communication, deciding a type of the wireless communication device based on the device type included in the control packet; and
a generation process of generating a communication route in accordance with the type of the wireless communication device based on the topology information and the type of the wireless communication device.
