Abstract: The present invention is a work machine capable of automatic travel, said work machine comprising: a travel path storage unit 526 that stores a travel path element group generated in conformance with the shape of a work site; a travel path setting unit 527 that sets, as a target travel path that is the target of the automatic travel, travel path elements read, in sequence, from the travel path storage unit 526; a travel control unit 312 that has an automatic travel mode for steering a machine body on the basis of the target travel path and a machine body position calculated by a machine body position calculation unit 311, and a manual travel mode for steering the machine body on the basis of manual operation by an operator; and a travel path search unit 528 that searches the target travel path required when starting automatic travel mode after stopping automatic travel mode, and provides the target travel path to the travel path setting unit.
