TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally writing implements, and more particularly relates to a writing device for detecting spelling error and grammatical error while writing, and enables a user to correct the spelling and sentence accordingly.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Pens are a common writing instrument for placing text on surfaces such as paper. Other versions of pens are also available. Digital pens are known in the art, these pens look, feel, and operate similar to a normal pen, but include electronics that provide additional functionality such as capturing the content, user is writing, and digitizes them so that they may be downloaded to a computer and displayed on its monitor. The data can then be interpreted by handwriting software (OCR) and used in different applications or just as graphics.
[0003] Currently, there are fewer solutions available to recognize the characters and words or even sentences while writing in a physical way. It's hard to recall and retain the spellings of the words and also to write up in proper grammar which increases high chances of grammatical mistakes and language recognition too.
[0004] When a user write on a surface using a pen, it is not easy to erase the incorrect characters, blade is used to erase that which usually tears the paper, or whitener is used which hide the written characters but highlights the word written again on that place.
[0005] Also, pens generally secured in a pocket of shirt, trouser, bags, and sometimes we forget to close the pen, and the writing tip is protracted, the writing tip thus contacts and stains on the pocket.
[0006] There is, therefore, a need in the art to provide a writing device to mitigate the above- mentioned problems, by detecting detect words and sentences and assists the user to write correct words and sentences, also automatically retract writing tip, when the writing device is not in use.
