Yarn Winding System

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to supply yarn supplying bobbins to an automatic winder without delay, and to suppress the supply of one yarn supplying bobbin for which a preparation process is not appropriately performed to the automatic winder. (i) A bobbin processing apparatus configured to supply the yarn supplying bobbins to the automatic winder and (ii) a machine controller configured to control the bobbin processing apparatus are provided. The bobbin processing apparatus includes a preparation processing unit configured to perform the preparation process for each yarn supplying bobbin in order to wind a yarn in a winding unit of the automatic winder, and is configured to supply the yarn supplying bobbins subjected to the preparation process in the preparation processing unit to the automatic winder one by one. When determining that the yarn supplying bobbins are oversupplied to the automatic winder, the machine controller performs a deceleration process of changing a condition on the preparation process from a standard condition set in advance to a different condition and controlling the preparation processing unit so that the speed of the preparation process is lower than the speed of the preparation process performed under the standard condition.
