Zinc Based Plated Steel Sheet

Abstract: Provided is a zinc-based plated steel sheet comprising: a steel sheet; a Zn-based plating layer that is disposed on at least one surface of the steel sheet and that contains Al and Zn; and at least one chromate-free chemical conversion treatment layer disposed on the Zn-based plating layer, the amount attached on each surface being 0.1-15 g/m2. The chemical conversion treatment layer contains a resin and a yellow coloring agent. When the external appearance is evaluated by the CIE1976 (L*, a*, b*) color space, b* is between 2 and 60, inclusive, and b*/a* is between -3 and 3, inclusive. The 60-degree specular glossiness Gs (60°) is 5-200. The Zn-based plated steel sheet satisfies formula 1 (10 = L*1/L*2 = 2), where L*1 is L* obtained when light that is incident on the surface of the chemical conversion treatment layer at an angle of 60° from the surface and reflected at the surface at an angle of 135° is received from the surface, and L*2 is L* obtained when light that is incident on the surface at an angle of 120° from the surface and reflected at the surface at an angle of 135° from the surface is received.
