To Design, Develop, And Implement Skill Development Programs For Healthcare Professionals, Community Health Workers, And Caregivers To Enhance The Quality Of Healthcare Services And To Advocate For Policies And Regulations That Support Quality, Affordable Health Services, Public Health, Eye Care, And Disability Services And Ensure Their Effective Implementation By Setting Up Sessions Regularly And To Advocate For Evidence Based Policymaking At The Local, National, And International Levels, Aiming To Influence Decisions With Reliable Data And Research Outcomes. 4. To Promote Awareness And Understanding Of Mental Health Issues, Mental Illnesses, And The Importance Of Mental Wellbeing Through Various Campaigns, Workshops, And Educational Programs, Design, Develop, And Implement Evidence Based Resilience Skilling Programs Aimed At Enhancing The Psychological And Emotional Resilience Of Individuals Facing Mental Health Challenges. 5. To Support The Determination Of The Magnitude Of Common Non Communicable Diseases And To Identify Appropriate Strategies Through Implementation Research To Improve Health Outcomes At Individual And Population Levels And To Promote Research, Awareness And Education About Prevalent Infectious Diseases Including Antimicrobial Resistance, It Consequences, And The Importance Of Responsible Antimicrobial Use Among Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And The Public, Develop Evidence Based Guidelines And Protocols For Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs, Aimed At Optimizing Antimicrobial Use, Reducing Resistance, And Improving Patient Outcomes.
