Operating Mechanism For A Switchgear Device

Abstract: The invention relates to an operating mechanism for a switchgear device, compris- ing a rotatable output shaft (11) configured for achieving an opening or closing op- eration of the switchgear device by rotation, a rotatable energy storage lever (13) and a spring (4), whereby the energy storage lever (13) is configured for being ro- tated by a motor (1) so as to drive the spring (4) to be compressed for storing energy, and a rotatable drive lever (12) torque-proof connected to the output shaft (11), ro- tatably connected to the energy storage lever (13) and free-wheeling connected to the spring (4) allowing a rotability between the drive lever (12) and the spring (4) of = 60° for achieving the opening or closing operation of the switchgear device, whereby the spring (4) is configured, during at least one of the opening and closing operation of the switchgear device, for releasing energy so as to rotate the drive lever (12) after passing through the spring´ (4) dead-point position.
