Abstract: Processing methods and processing systems (20) are provided which are operative determining a time- dependent estimate of at least one response parameter that affects or represents a frequency response characteristics of a power grid (11). The time-dependent estimate of the at least one response parameter is determined as a function of time over a time interval for a generator unit commitment and load level over the time interval.
