Abstract: Provided is a delicious chocolate having a rich taste with little cereal smell and comparable to products using a milk material, while using a plant milk material. Provided is a chocolate containing 5-30 wt% of a plant milk material and characterized by having a volume average diameter of 20 µm or less and a 90% passage diameter of 50 µm or less when the particle diameter distribution is measured by the wet laser diffraction/scattering method.
