Abstract: The present invention provides a conjugate of an antibody and a functional substance or a salt of said conjugate, said conjugate or salt thereof having excellent desired properties. Specifically, the present invention provides a conjugate of an antibody and a functional substance or a salt of said conjugate, as well as a related substance, wherein (1) the conjugate or salt thereof includes an immunoglobulin unit including two heavy chains and two light chains, (2) the immunoglobulin unit includes (a) two or more cysteine residue-modifying moieties that are linked to the immunoglobulin unit by bonding to sulfur atoms in side chains of two or more cysteine residues in the two heavy chains and two light chains, and (ii) two or more lysine residue-modifying moieties that are position-selectively linked to the immunoglobulin unit by bonding to nitrogen atoms in side chains of two or more lysine residues in the two heavy chains, and (3) the cysteine-residue modifying moieties are represented by a specific formula.
