A Battery Casing For Effective Heat Dissipation
Abstract: ABSTRACT. A BATTERY CASING FOR EFFECTIVE HEAT DISSIPATION. Embodiments of the present invention relates to a battery casing[100] for effective dissipation of heat produced by atleast one heating components[302] inside the battery casing[100]. The battery casing[100] comprises a heat sink[202], atleast one thermal pad, the electric circuitry[102], atleast one clamp[104] and atleast one fastening member[106]. The electric circuitry[102] accommodates the atleast one heating component[302] and the atleast one clamp[104] houses the atleast one heating component[302]. The atleast one clamp[104] further exerts a uniform force at the electric circuitry[102]. Furthermore, the clamp[104] tends to push the atleast one heating component[302] towards the atleast one thermal pad, thereby dissipating the heat produced in the atleast one heating component[302 ] to the atleast one thermal pad.
