DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to the field of the cashless transactions. The invention more particularly relates to an improved system for making or getting fully secure, recorded and fast payment via its easy to use online procedure for any blind or illiterate user.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The following description provides the information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[003] A few types of online payment methods / procedures are already known in the art like prepaid cards, bank transfer, E-Wallets, UPI, mobile payments, Crypto currencies and Ecommerce payment gateway etc. All these systems and procedures have given lots of benefits along with fast speed for an online payment activity. But still a lot of issues have been faced by users majorly like 100% dependency of literary education, ownership of at least a mobile and to remember different PIN or passwords etc. The present invention provides an easier payment method that balances dependency and availability of mobiles, internet, abilities of users along with reliability, confidence, security and speed of payments, a system for the same, and a recording medium storing a program for the same. In one embodiment or a financial platform gives accessibility to each type of currency users including illiterates and blinds even they don’t have mobile or don’t know that how to operate an online payment system or mobile.
[004] The present invention overcomes many drawbacks of security, privacy, confidence level of low educated or uneducated users, accessibility by blind users, educational ability, usability by kids with necessity of owning a mobile, mobile charging, mobile network and internet etc. These all above drawbacks are managed in this novel system by providing both functions of “paying” and “receiving” payment and third party payment within the same mobile application / ecommerce payment gateway to make a payment by scanning this new invented device’s code by any mediator using a smartphone or computer via authentication by device’s owner through his/her finger print, face lock, PIN, OTP, screen pattern, voice sample or any combination of a pair of these as multilayer security etc. In the same way, to receive the payment from someone device owner asks payee to pay him by scanning his device’s code. In both the cases updated balance amount shall be displayed in his device instantly for his instant understanding and confidence without any necessity of mobile notification or something. Educated and literate users can see the balance amount in its display and illiterate or blind users can check balance by clicking on a button to hear in audio form of preferred language.
[005] Highlights of issues users faces in current online payment transaction systems.
Problems / issues are faced in current online payment transaction systems are listed below in two parts, as section A for issue in payment card and POS machine procedure & Section B for mobile Application base and payment gateway procedure.
[006] Issues in payments via cards on POS machine or website base payment gateways
1) In current conventional cards in present payment transactions often begin used for making a payment using a card like, credit card, debit card, prepaid card for swiping the payment card in a payment card terminal for personal identification to initiate a transaction. Such transactions may not be particularly secure if an unauthorized person has somehow obtained the payment card.
2) Conventional cards in present payment transactions often begin with a user taking a payment card, and then inputting his card number into a checkout page on a Web site. Such transactions may also not be particularly secure, if the information on the card is somehow obtained by an unauthorized user. Further, the need of manually entering data into the checkout page is time consuming and inconvenient.
3) For security in conventional card system, after issuing card banks are sending card and default PIN separately to applicant via courier to increase the safety level, but still a lot of frauds have been daily noticed of not receiving card-PIN and used by someone other and charges deducted from applicant’s account.
4) In conventional card system a lot of frauds happen via misuse of identification documents being submitted for some other reasons but then getting used to issue other cards.
5) Conventional card and POS machine system or computerized website system is not user friendly for uneducated, low educated or visually-enabled persons.
6) Conventional card gets damaged due to minor scratches & magnetic field etc. and need to be replaced after a certain validity period.
7) Trust and confidence level of user is very low as compared to cash transaction and that low confidence also depends on some other notification messages on mobile or email etc.
8) In conventional card and POS machine system, POS machine is an extra investment for a merchant and that too is needed to be electrically charged and connected to internet.
9) For OTP based payment security via conventional card user need to have an electrically charged mobile device with active SIM card.
10) Data security is on risk if someone comes to know user’s PIN code.
11) Data security is on risk in case of robbery and forcefully getting PIN code.
12) Because of involvement of computer, smartphone and ordinary mobiles, this conventional card / plastic money system is not so affordable for poor people.
13) The current conventional card system is majorly used for making a payment to someone, not for receiving the payment from someone.
14) Card cloning is also a big threat in conventional payment card system.
[007] Issues in payments via different apps in smart mobile phone using barcode, QR cods or phone number
1) The current Apps and mobile, computer based systems as mentioned in inventive steps above at page number 45 are often begin used for making and getting a payment using a computerized application generally called an app as like anyone of above used in mobile via internet worldwide.
2) In this app based payment system, user has to scan a computer generated code as like barcode, QR code, phone number and personal identification number etc. to identify payment receiver’s / payee’s identification and to proceed for the payment secured by some PIN code or OTP etc.
3) These Apps based systems bound users to have a smart phone to make the payment transaction from bank account or within App established virtual wallet.
4) To have a smart phone for making such transactions is not an economical option for user, especially for poor, lower or middle class users.
5) The compulsion to use a normal/feature mobile phone for certain phone numbers, SMS and OTP based payment system is also a high cost option for poor people and difficult to access by illiterate or less educated users.
6) To insure any time transaction capability, user is bound to keep the mobile electrically charged and connected to internet every time.
7) In case of mobile theft or lost, user’s data is not secure, so user has to rush to police for complaint, account blockage etc. to prevent potential loss, this creates a panic situation for user.
8) In case of theft, stolen, lost, robbery, snatching, damage or non-functioning condition of mobile, user has to spend his money again to buy another smart phone.
9) During the period of arrangement of a new smart phone, user becomes disabled to use his account or wallet and bound to use cash.
10) Phone number base identification for transaction creates new threats of getting personal information spread to unwanted person and this becomes a bigger issue especially for female users.
11) This App or card based payment system is not able to give similar kind of confidence as like in a cash transaction to an uneducated or low educated persons.
12) Touch screen based smart phone App system, computer based payment gateway system and card base payment systems are not accessible to visually- disabled users.
13) Necessity of a smart phone is giving an excess to the cons, frauds, hackers and scammers for illegal transaction by sending some fake information links, guiding on phone calls to do some action, click on some particular function and sharing passcode / OTP to unaware and inexpert users.
14) Data security is on risk if someone comes to know user’s PIN, passcode or screen lock of smartphone.
15) Because of involvement of computer, smartphones and ordinary / feature mobiles, this App based money transaction system is not so affordable for poor, uneducated and low educated people.
16) These currently running payment transaction systems / procedures cannot be handover to minors / children for their penny expenses for excessive use protection, security reasons and potential loss of costly device.
17) Mobile phones based current payment option user cannot handover their mobile to someone (Even to a very trustworthy person) in case of any emergency or support required from them, due to security of other personal information in mobile as like personal photos, videos, documents, screenshots, call history, chat history, web search history, personal notes, personal creations, schedules, contact list, and social media accounts etc.
[008] To overcome from all above drawbacks, the present invention comes with novel procedure of easier payment transaction system. This new invention provides the solution of all above problems / issues as described above and enrolls maximum number of currency users by providing this novel procedure of easier usability to educationally last-liners and blinds without a core dependency of mobile phone, computers and compulsion of owning internet by every individual. Also as per our research, we have come up to the conclusion that there are various types of currency users like highly educated, low educated, uneducated, only literate, illiterate, blinds, deaf, rich, poor, local citizens, foreigners, individuals, organizations, willing and unwilling users etc. [009] New payment gateway / App software for computer and mobile is developed with many novel features for ease of doing hassle free and secured payment transactions with ultra-level security by lowest educated user or even blind users. This system is eligible for B2B transactions, B2C transactions, B2B2C transactions, P2P transactions and C2B2P transactions also. Therefore, it would be useful and desirable to have a system, method, apparatus and interface to meet the above-mentioned needs.
