Alcohol Free Purification Process Of Capsular Polysaccharides

Abstract: The present invention provides an alcohol free purification process of capsular polysaccharides. The present invention is an improvement over the existing processes which are tedious and complex multi-step processes. The purification process of the present invention does not involve use of alcohol, chromatographic methods, cationic detergent and optional usage of a very minimal amount of anionic surfactant/detergent.
