Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The embodiment herein generally relates to wheels for vehicles. More
5 specifically, the invention provides a novel external valve with two holes, wherein
the valve positioned in such a way to have larger clearance between valve and drum/caliper.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
[0002] Conventionally, in a vehicle, a tire is mounted onto a wheel and inflated to
10 recommended pressure. In tubeless wheels, valve stem is fitted to the rim to
inflate the tire. A valve stem is a self-contained valve which opens to admit the air into the chamber and is automatically closed and kept sealed by the pressure in the chamber to prevent the air from escaping.
[0003] In wheels of utility vehicles, the valve hole lies in the bottom or in the
15 flank of the groove of the rim. The valves of these wheels are such that the stem
of the valve runs alongside the interior wall of the rim and extends to the outside
of the vehicle, passing through the opening in the wheel disc. Air inflated through
the air valve provided. However, the air inflation process is difficult for vertical
tire assembly. Hence, the tire bead stuck on the top of the valve hole and blocks
20 the air passage.
[0004] Therefore, there is a need to develop an external valve that can provide easy air inflation and suitable for both horizontal and vertical tire assembly. Even though the tire bead stuck on the top of the regular valve hole then the external valve is provided with an option for air filling.

valve and terminates at a surface of the first air inflating hole or extended into the
first air inflating hole.
[0009] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a commercial
vehicle wheel with a second air inflating hole positioned opposite to the valve
stem.
[00010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a commercial
