Animal Cell Culturing Method
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a target protein by using an animal cell as an expression host. According to the present invention, the target protein is produced by culturing animal cells having the ability to produce the target protein in the presence of a L-cysteine derivative such as (2RS,4R)-2-methyl-2,4-thiazolidine dicarboxylic acid 2-ethyl ester.
