Abstract: The present invention pertains to a technique for controlling the bonding ratio of an antibody and a modified group to a desired range. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: a compound represented by formula (I) [in the formula, X represents a leaving group, Y represents an affinity peptide having a bonding site in a CH2 domain in an immunoglobulin unit including two heavy chains and two light chains, M represents a trivalent group that links a carbon atom in C=O and a carbon atom in C=W, which are adjacent to M, through a main chain portion composed of 3-5 carbon atoms, O represents an oxygen atom, S represents a sulfur atom, W represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, N3 represents an azido group, La represents a bond or a divalent group, and Lb represents a bond or a divalent group] or a salt thereof; and an antibody or a salt thereof, which can be produced using said compound or salt thereof.
