Ferritin Enclosing Peptide

Abstract: The present invention provides a peptide delivery means capable of avoiding disruption of a cell membrane, immunogenicity, and toxicity. More specifically, the present invention provides the following (1) to (3). (1) A ferritin enclosing a peptide that comprises 3 to 19 amino acid residues and satisfies the following conditions: a) -10.2 = X = 5.9 and 445 = Y = 2524 (where X represents the charge of the peptide at pH 9 and Y represents the chemical formula weight of the peptide). (2) A peptide intracellular delivery agent containing the ferritin enclosing the peptide. (3) A method for producing the ferritin enclosing the peptide.
