FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a diet supplement composition and, more particularly to such compositions fortified by Algal oil.
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
With advanced eating habits these days, obesity due to over-intake of sugar and its related various diseases have become significant problems. Thus, the development of low-calorie sweeteners useful as sugar substitutes is desired.
It is a need and therefore, an object of the present invention to prepare a composition which has a harmonious and full-bodied sweetness which is comparable with that of sucrose and which in addition improves the dietary quality by including various other nutritional, dietary and wellness factors, and to specify a process for the preparation thereof and use thereof.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In accordance with principles of the present invention, the present disclosure is directed towards product composition as specified in Table 1.
