We Claim:
1. A modular dispensing unit (1) comprising:
a frame (2) having a front side (3), back side (4), two sidewalls (5, 6), atop wall
(7), an intermediate wall (8), and a bottom wall (41);
a first enclave (9) and a second enclave (10) within the frame (2);
a first beverage dispenser (11) located in the first enclave (9);
a second beverage dispenser (12) located in the second enclave (10);
an ice dispenser (13) positioned between the first enclave (9) and the second
enclave (10); and
an ice dispenser housing (14) a front wall (21), wherein the front wall (21) has
an opening (22) that allows access to an ice outlet (23) of the ice dispenser (13);
wherein:
the ice dispenser housing (14) surrounds the ice dispenser (13) and further has
two housing sidewalls (19, 20);
the first enclave (9) is defined by one of the two sidewalls (5, 6), the back side
(4), the front side (3), the intermediate wall (8), and one of the ice dispenser
housing sidewalls (19, 20); and
the second enclave (10) is defined by one of the two sidewalls (5, 6), the back
side, the front side (3), the intermediate wall (8), and the other of the ice
dispenser housing sidewalls (19, 20).
2. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall (41), two sidewalls (5, 6) and top wall (7) are of unitary construction.
3. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back side (4) comprises a back wall (15), and the back wall (15), bottom wall (41), two sidewalls (5, 6) and top wall (7) are of unitary construction.
4. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 3, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) is attached to the back wall (15).

5. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back side (4) comprises a back wall (15) attached to the two sidewalls (5,6), the top wall (7) and the bottom wall (41), and the ice dispenser housing (14) is attached to the back wall (15).
6. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top wall (7) further comprises a first spotlight (68) located above the first beverage dispenser (11) and a second spotlight (69) located above the second beverage dispenser (12).
7. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first spotlight (68) and the second spotlight (69) are recessed in the top wall (7).
8. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a motion detector that activates the first spotlight (68) above the first beverage dispenser (11) based on the presence of a user in front of the first beverage dispenser (11).
9. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) is attached to a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed in the venue.
10. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) is the same or similar color as a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed adjacent to or embedded in the wall of the venue.
11. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back side (4) comprises aback wall (15), and the back wall (15) is the same or similar color as a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed adjacent to or embedded in the wall of the venue.
12. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back side (4) comprises a back wall (15), and the back wall (15) and the ice dispenser housing (14) are of unitary construction.
13. The modular dispensing unit (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two housing sidewalls (19,20) and the front wall (21) are of unitary construction; and the two

housing sidewalls (19,20) are attached to a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed in the venue.
14. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 13, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) does not attach to the ice dispenser (13).
15. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 13, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) is the same or similar color as a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed adjacent to or embedded in the wall of the venue.
16. The modular dispensing unit as claimed in claim 13, wherein the back side (4) comprises a back wall (15), and the back wall (15) and the ice dispenser housing (14) are of unitary construction.
17. The modular dispensing unit (1) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ice dispenser housing (14) is the same or similar color as a wall of a venue when the modular dispensing unit (1) is installed adjacent to or embedded in the wall of the venue; and the bottom wall (41), two sidewalls (5, 6), top wall (7) and ice dispenser housing (14) are of unitary construction.
