System And Method For Vehicle State Detection
Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle control unit [102] comprising a plurality of sensors [208], a secondary processing unit [204] and a primary processing unit [202]. The plurality of sensors [208] sense one or more values associated with at least one vehicle state parameter which is then received by a secondary processing unit [204] associated with the plurality of sensors [208]. The secondary processing unit [204] detects a change in the one or more values to obtain changed data. The primary processing unit [202] receives a wake-up signal and the changed data from the secondary processing unit [204] and processes the changed data to infer one or more states of the vehicle, wherein the primary processing unit [202] is in sleep state before receiving the wake-up.
