Tumor Microenvironment Platform Comprising Oral Carcinoma For Predicting Drug Sensitivity, Drug Resistance And Disease Progression
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a tumor microenvironment platform comprising oral carcinoma for predicting drug sensitivity, drug resistance and disease progression. More particularly, invention focuses on a method for obtaining a tumor microenvironment platform comprising oral carcinoma for predicting chemoresistance and dysplastic progression primary cell lines derived from oral cancer patients, their characterization and validation as a model in early carcinogenesis and chemoresistance. Furthermore, invention deals with autologous pair of cancer cell line and development of Cancer Associated Fibroblast (CAF) cell lines from patients. In further embodiment, invention deals with development of spontaneously transformed cell lines from patients with oral cancer. In addition, the invention also provides kits that are useful for the practice of the methods of the invention.
