LLP Forms Download

There are three main LLP Forms, namely LLP Form 1, 2 and 3 which are filed with MCA at the time of incorporation. LLP Form 8 and 11 pertain to annual compliances.

Different forms need to be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for registration of an LL. The same has to be filed at the time of incorporation and post incorporation on their due dates.
