Abstract: The present invention provides a test isolation circuit comprising a switch; and a Gas Discharge Tube (GDT). The switch and the GDT are connected in series and the test isolation circuit is provided between a first terminal and at least a second terminal. The test isolation circuit is a compact and robust solution that allows for efficient and reliable isolation during test procedures, eliminating the need for external additional components. Additionally, the test isolation circuit enhances the efficiency and reliability of lighting unit testing, leading to improved product performance and customer satisfaction. Fig. 1
