An Air Routing Device For An Indoor Unit Of An Hvac System
Abstract: Described herein is an air-routing device [200] for an indoor unit [102] of an HVAC system, for efficient routing of air through the indoor unit [102]. The air-routing device [200] comprises a base support portion [202] and an extension wall portion [204]. The extension wall portion [204] includes a first side surface [206] facing towards an impeller unit [104], wherein the first side surface [206] defines a leading edge [206a] and a trailing edge [206b]. Notably, the first side surface [206] defines a wavy surface [X] and a morphed curved surface [Y], along a length of the air-routing device [200], for efficient routing of air therethrough.
