PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This present invention relates to a system and a process for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem, particularly, the present invention relates to a system which is used to provide suitable suggestions/information/reports to the fashion industry (consumers and companies) and other features to help the consumers and companies.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There are many digital marketplaces available on the internet these days. These digital marketplaces help users to purchase available products While these digital marketplaces allow users purchase certain items, there is not any marketplace / support system available which can develop a self-sustainable ecosystem with right guidance to optimize their operation scale and provide consultancy based on their requirements.
US Patent, publication no. US11610242B2 disclose a system comprising: one or more hardware processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations comprising: causing presentation of an entry portal on a device of a user, the entry portal providing an option to select an existing image from another user and an option to upload an image; receiving a selection of the option to select the existing image from another user, the existing image including an article of clothing; based on a selection of the option to select the existing image: receiving a request to find one or more clothing items having one or more attributes that match at least one attribute associated with the existing image of the an article of clothing included in the existing image; in response to receiving the request, accessing stored information from one or more databases, the stored information including a plurality of data items having associated attributes, at least some of the plurality of data items comprising a further image of a model wearing a clothing item; based on the at least one attribute associated with the existing image of the article of clothing, performing a search for the one or more clothing items from the accessed stored information, the search comprising identifying the one or more clothing items that have the one or more attributes that match the at least one attribute associated with the existing image of the article of clothing; and in response to the search, causing display of a user interface that displays the existing image in a first portion of the user interface and a plurality of images in a second portion of the user interface positioned to a side of the first portion, each of the plurality of images displaying at least one of the one or more matching clothing items, at least one of the plurality of images comprising a matching clothing item shown on a respective model; or based on a selection of the option to upload the image: uploading the image from the device of the user; causing presentation of a further user interface on the device of the user displaying the uploaded image; receiving a further search request associated with an article of clothing shown in the uploaded image; in response to the further search request, performing a search for clothing items that match attributes associated with the further search request; and

US patent, publication no. US10963944B2 disclose a method for assisting an individual with the task of selecting a preferred matching set of garments to assemble an outfit for the individual, the method comprises providing a data storage system for storing digital renditions of garments; providing a portable communication device to extract color and/or pattern from garments through use of a camera and at least one algorithm; providing a processor capable of accessing locally stored and/or remote information about or learning the preferred matching set of garments; assigning each garment in the set of garments a red-green-blue (RGB) value; providing a suitability ranking for matching compatibility of the garment or the set of garments; and providing recommendations for preferred matching garment or set of garments by organizing the garments in at least one queue selected from the group consisting of audial, tactile, visual or a combination thereof, wherein the individual can touch a spot on the digital renditions of the garments to determine the RGB value, further wherein the RGB value associated with a particular garment is mapped to the RGB values associated with specified colours.
There are disadvantages associated with a prior system that the systems don't provide suitable/sustainable suggestion/information/report so as to optimize operations and maximize productivity to consumers and companies.
Another disadvantage associated with a prior system is that the systems have no design / concept / R&D so that it is not capable of providing any assistance regarding design / concept / R&D of the product.
Yet another disadvantage associated with the prior system is that the systems are not capable of helping the consumers and companies in brand building and creating brand visibility.
Another disadvantage associated with the prior system is that the systems don’t help in sourcing raw material from sustainable supply chains to the consumers and companies.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem which obviates the disadvantages associated with the systems and the processes known in the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem which provide suitable suggestions/information/reports to develop self-sustainable ecosystem.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem which is capable of providing suggestions to help the consumers and companies to assist in brand setup, compliances, patents, trademarks, legal formalities, etc.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem which provide assistance regarding design / concept / R&D of the product.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem which is capable of providing all required suggestions in one ecosystem.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system and a process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem which provide information on sourcing of raw material with ease and from a reliable supply chain to the consumers and companies.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to the invention, there is provided a system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem comprising a mentoring and consultation (MAC) module configured to provide mentoring and consultation about products / services of a user; a design cartel module configured to provide idea about research and design of the products / services of the user: a design library configured to provide different designs of the product / services of the user; a brand-building module with a design lab configured to offer collateral services about the products / services of the user; a sustainable design library module and a sourcing cartel adapted to provide a raw materials supply chain to manufacture the finalized products / services of the user; a Last Hashtag module configured to provide digital marketing service of the products / services of the user; an E-Com Reworked module configured to provide ecommerce platform to sale the product/services of the user.
Further, according to the invention, there is provided a process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem comprising receiving information about a user and product / services and providing suitable suggestion about that products / services to make it sustainable, receiving information about designs of the products / services and comparing the same with the designs of design library to provide suitable suggestion about designing of the products / services to make it sustainable, providing information about a brand-building of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about the brand building of products / services to make it sustainable, providing information about raw material sources of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about the raw material of the products / services to make it sustainable, providing information about different hashtag of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about hashtag for the products / services to make it sustainable, providing information about ecommerce and sales of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about ecommerce and sales for the products / services to make it sustainable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A system and a process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem is herein described and illustrated with numerous specific details so as to provide a complete understanding of the invention. However, these specific details are exemplary details and should not be treated as the limitation to the scope of the invention. The invention may be performed with slight modifications. Throughout this specification the word “comprise” or variations such as “comprises or comprising”, will be understood to imply the inclusions of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps, but not the exclusions of any other element, integer or step or group of elements, integers or steps.
Referring to the drawing, particularly figure 1, a block diagram of a system for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem is shown. The system for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem (10) comprising a mentoring and consultation (MAC) module (11) configured to provide mentoring and consultation about products / services of a user. A design cartel module (12) configured to provide idea about research and design of the products / services of the user. A design library (13) configured to provide different designs of the product / services of the user, for example, pre-made or ready to use designs of the products. A brand-building module (14) with a design lab configured to offer collateral services about the products / services of the user. A sustainable design library module (15) and a sourcing cartel (16) adapted to provide a raw materials supply chain to manufacture the finalized products / services of the user. A Last Hashtag module (17) configured to provide digital marketing service of the products / services of the user. An E-Com Reworked module (18) configured to provide ecommerce platform to sale the product/services of the user. All the above modules are adapted to be connected with a main module (M) provided to receive information from different modules and provide suitable suggestions about the product / services.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises an international fashion exchange (IFX) module (19) that provides a platform to sell a product nationally and internationally on one platform.
The mentoring and consultation (MAC) module (11) is configured to provide suggestion about brand setup, intellectual property right, plant setup, market & product research, teams hiring, operation & processes setup, insurances, legal & social compliances etc.
The design cartel module (12) is based on an artificial intelligence (AI) & machine learning (ML) based tech platform to provide idea about product design / concept / R&D module covered under design cartel.
The design library (13) is a virtual showroom acting as a ready reckoner, and is provided for sourcing pre-made designs of the product of consumers and companies.
The sustainable design library module (15) adapted to provide a raw materials sustainable supply chain to manufacture the finalized products / services of the user. The sourcing cartel (16) adapted to provide a raw materials general supply chain to manufacture the finalized products / services of the user. In one embodiment, The sustainable design library module (15) and sourcing cartel (16) is a platform which is based on an artificial intelligence (AI) & machine learning (ML), providing a dashboard for enabling them to source all types of raw material for manufacturing products like apparels, home furnishings & accessories & finished goods as well.
The Last Hashtag module (17) is a marketing promotion module provided for promoting the furnished product in the last hashtag module by way of, for example, digital marketing services and social media marketing services.
The E-Com Reworked module (18) configured to provide ecommerce platform to sale the product/services of the user.
Referring to the figure 2, flow diagram of process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem is shown. The process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem comprises, information about a user and product / services is received in the module (11) and provided a suitable suggestion about that products / services to make it sustainable. Information / suggestion is received about designs of the products / services from the module (12) and also compared the same with the designs of design library to provide suitable suggestion about designing of the products / services to make it sustainable. Information about a brand-building of the products / services are provided in the module (14) and provided suitable suggestion about the brand building of products / services to make it sustainable. Information about raw material sources of the products / services are provided and provided suitable suggestion about the raw material of the products / services to make it sustainable. Information about different hashtag of the products / services is provided and suitable suggestions about the hashtag for the products / services to make it sustainable. Information about ecommerce and sales of the products / services is provided and provided suitable suggestion about ecommerce and sales for the products / services to make it sustainable.
During working for assisting users to develop a self-sustainable ecosystem, a user provides their information into the system then the system provides information related to the brand setup, IPR, legal formalities, etc. Further the system provides the information/link about designs of the products / services and also compared the same with the designs of design library to provide suitable suggestion about designing of the products / services to make it sustainable. Then provides information about a brand-building of the products / services. After finalization of the brand, the system provides information about raw material sources of the products / services and provides suitable suggestions about the raw material of the products / services to make it sustainable. After manufacturing of the product, information about different hashtag of the products / services is provided and provided suitable suggestion about hastag for the products / services to make it sustainable. Further, the system provide information about ecommerce and sales of the products / services is provided and provide suitable suggestion about ecommerce and sales for the products / services to make it sustainable.

A system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem (10) comprising a mentoring and consultation (MAC) module (11) configured to provide mentoring and consultation about products / services of a user; a design cartel module (12) configured to provide idea about research and design of the products / services of the user: a design library (13) configured to provide different designs of the product / services of the user; a brand-building module (14) with a design lab configured to offer collateral services about the products / services of the user; a sustainable design library module (15) and a sourcing cartel (16) adapted to provide a raw materials supply chain to manufacture the finalized products / services of the user; a Last Hashtag module (17) configured to provide digital marketing service of the products / services of the user; an E-Com Reworked module (18) configured to provide ecommerce platform to sale the product/services of the user.
2. The system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem as claimed in claim 1, wherein further comprises an international fashion exchange (IFX) module (19) is provided a platform to sell a product for national and internally on one platform.
3. The system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem as claimed in claim 1, wherein all the above modules are adapted to be connected with a main module (M) provided to receive information from different modules and provide suitable suggestions about the product / services.
4. The system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem as claimed in claim 1, wherein the design cartel module (12) comprises a set of questionnaires to receive input form the user and customize designs for the user as per their requirements.
5. The system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem as claimed in claim 1, wherein the design library module (13) comprises multiple pre-store design of the product.
6. The system for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supply chain module (5) comprises detailed information about different sources of raw materials.
7. A process for assisting users to develop self-sustainable ecosystem comprising,
i. Receiving information about a user and product / services and providing suitable suggestion about that products / services to make it sustainable,
ii. Receiving information about designs of the products / services and comparing the same with the designs of design library to provide suitable suggestion about designing of the products / services to make it sustainable,
iii. Providing information about a brand-building of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about the brand building of products / services to make it sustainable,
iv. Providing information about raw material sources of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about the raw material of the products / services to make it sustainable,
v. Providing information about different hashtag of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about hastag for the products / services to make it sustainable,
vi. Providing information about ecommerce and sales of the products / services and providing suitable suggestion about ecommerce and sales for the products / services to make it sustainable.
