A Device For Mixing And Delivering A Primary Fluid And A Secondary Fluid

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a device (100) for mixing and delivering fluids. The device includes a conduit (1) having a first end (5) to receive a primary fluid. A protrusion (9) extends circumferentially along an inner surface of the conduit. Primary holes and secondary holes are defined on the conduit at a predefined point (A), to receive a secondary fluid. A header (4) is disposed in each of the secondary holes (11) and is adapted to channelize the secondary fluid into the conduit (1). A casing (2) encompasses the conduit (1) and covers the primary and the secondary holes. The secondary fluid channelized through the primary and the secondary holes into the conduit (1) mixes with the primary fluid channelized through the second end (6) of the conduit (1). This configuration of the device result in uniform mixing of the primary and secondary fluid at shortest axial flow distance.
