Abstract: The present incention relates to novel and improved nano-particulate pharmaceutical compositions of anticancer drugs, preferably paclitaxel, their derivatives or their analogues. This invention particularly relates to novel synergistic compositions of paclitaxel and crcumin along with protein albumin. The composition produced according to the invention comprising active agent is readily bioavailable. The present invintion also relates methods of manufacturing these compositions and methods of fractionating the particles in particular in particular size range and methods of treating cancer with these compositions, which provides reduced cnimotherapy-induced side-effects.
