"A System And Method For Smoothest Breaking And Protection Of Printing Head Carriage From Wide Degree Of Natural Dampening"

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for smoothest breaking and protection of printing head carriage from wide degree of natural dampening having a Carriage of the printing head installed on a LM rail (Linear Motion Rail that is fixed on the both end plates of a printer characterised in that a Carriage Damper is fixed adjacent to the both sides (left and right) nearest to the guide along with axis of the carriage. Further, a metal spring less Shock Absorber is mounted through a Mounting Bracket on the end plate of both sides (left and right) of Printer when the Carriage fails to synchronize and meets with an accident, the Carriage Damper collides with the Shock Absorber that helps the Carriage smoothest breaking and protection of printing head carriage from wide degree of natural dampening.
