A Body Frame For A Motorcycle

Abstract: Present disclosure relates to a body frame (100) for a motorcycle (200). The body frame (100) comprises a head pipe (202), a main tube (10) connected to head pipe (202). A pivot tube (20) 5 is coupled to the main tube (10). The pivot tube (20) includes a right pivot tube (20R) and a left pivot tube (20L) extending downwardly from the main tube (10) in widthwise direction of the motorcycle (200). Further, a pair of seat rails (30) is coupled to the pivot tube (20) extending rearwardly from the pivot tube (20) to support a seat. The pair of seat rails (30) includes a right seat rail (30R) and a left seat rail (30L) arranged to be spaced apart from each other and coupled 10 to the right pivot tube (20R) and the left pivot tube (20L) respectively. A cross member interconnects the rear end of the main tube (10) with the right seat rail (30R) and the left seat rail (30L). This configuration prevents direct external load transfer to the main tube (10). [Referred to Figure 1]
